Join us in this Sound and Gong bath complemented with aromatherapy and let the stresses of life melt away with ease as you bath in a sea of sound healing vibrations.
S hirley begins the session with an aromatherapy breathing meditation to guide the body and mind into relaxation. After giving an individual aura cleansing, it will be followed by the full moon Himalayan Singing bowls and Gong bath to take you into a deep relaxation state. T he theme of each session varies, although it's a group session, each individual will receive the respective healing and support they require for that moment.
Designed for both beginners and practitioners, the sound bath meditation allows you to experience a deep meditative state that enhances deep relaxation and healing.
The essential oils used in the session are certified pure and therapeutic grade.

Evening Class - Every Wednesday @8pm - 9pm

Class Fees : S$50/pax for each session

Shirley Tay is the co-founder of ReDefine Wellness. She is a Sound Meditation and Energy teacher, training and certifying Sound and Energy Therapist. She empowers people to heal through emotional, relationship, mental, spiritual wellness and life purpose coaching. Besides offering personalised Innerchild therapy, Past Life Regression and Between Life therapy, she also leads Meditation and Wellness workshops and retreats, for both individual, private groups and corporates.

가족과 즐거운 하루를 보냈습니다. 일부 놀이기구는 줄이 길었기 때문에 패스트트랙 티켓을 추천합니다! 아침에 날씨가 안 좋아서 입장이 늦어져서 약 7시간 동안 공원에 있었습니다. 음식은 비싼 편입니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 이 공원에 닌텐도 존이 추가되면 좋겠네요! 제 평점은 7/10입니다.

아빠와 함께 싱가포르에 처음 가는 여행이에요. 클라우드 포레스트와 플라워 돔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요. 전 세계에서 온 온갖 식물과 꽃으로 가득한 숨 막힐 듯 아름다운 건축물을 보는 건 정말 비현실적이었어요. 돈을 쓴 만큼의 가치가 충분히 있다고 생각해요.

사파리와 야시장은 독특하고 아름다운 경험이었지만, 사람이 많아서 밤에는 동물들을 보기가 어려웠고, 낮에 레인포레스트 와일드라이프 아시아를 방문한 후에는 좀 지루했습니다. 45달러라는 가격에 두 시간 동안 방문하는 것은 가성비가 좋지 않습니다.
