This event is for meat eaters due to the nature of having a unique menu.
  
Social Appetite brings together adventurous foodies wanting to meet like minded people where we try delicious cuisine and share our personal stories of our favourite food and having a great time getting to know one another.
For this event we are thrilled to be partnering with Shish again, an amazing Turkish restaurant in the centre of Edinburgh!
What to expect on the night?
A welcome soft drink.
A fun, lively environment with interactive games.
Meat mezze platters to share for the main.
Baklava and Turkish tea for dessert.
Getting to know other adventurous foodies and hearing their stories about food and travel.
Working closely with the restaurant and the chef of each restaurant, we produce a specially selected menu exclusive to the event! I also host interactive team games to help you get to know one another, it's alot of fun - get your game face on!
The why behind Social Appetite
Edinburgh is a warm, welcoming and beautiful city. It certainly has lots to offer with it's huge array of restaurants and different styles of dining.
Since moving to Edinburgh 2 years ago I know the feeling of trying to make friends and feeling like you’re fitting into a new community. I've met alot of people who have been in the same boat of moving to a new city not knowing anyone and having a determination to make a life in a new city as enjoyable as possible.
My favourite evenings have been those where I've met new people and I've already created some great connections. I began looking for more opportunities and events in Edinburgh to try new food and meet new people but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. So I want to create that community through Social Appetite and I'd love you to join us.
The concept
We will be hosting regular social evenings where you can try new restaurants and make new friends. The cuisine and restaurant will change each time and we encourage you to try food you haven’t tried before as it could be an absolute game changer!
But it's not all about the food, it's about you having a fun experince too! Every evening will be hosted, including interactive games and a fantastic three-course meal selected by the chef along with something unique thrown in.
