CONTRAINDICATIONS: 
pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery in the upper body (recovering wounds, injuries)

Be in comfortable clothing
