Join the Performance Psychology and Mental Wellness in Creative Practice panel discussion on February 15th at BRDG Project in Denver. This event is organized by RiNo Art District, Playground Ensemble, BRDG Project, and the Creative Integration Initiative. The panel will explore the importance of bringing humanity back into the creative process and challenge the notion that artists are either gifted or not. The discussion will highlight the unspoken expectations placed on creatives and the skills they need to succeed beyond their artistic abilities. Attendees will learn how to uncover hidden beliefs, cultivate self-compassion and resilience, and find the tools for mental wellness in a creative field. The panelists include Silen Wellington, a sculptor of sound and storyteller, Jason Shafer, Principal Clarinetist of the Colorado Symphony, Jeremy D. Cuebas, conductor and coach, and Mary Grace Bernard, a transmedia and performance artist. The discussion will be moderated by Sarah Whitnah, a Denver violinist, and Teague McDaniel, Founder and Curator at Creative Integration Initiative. 콜로라도 주 의사당에는 주의회와 주지사 사무실, 상원 의원 사무실과 하원 의원 사무실이 있습니다.

콜로라도 골드러시를 기념하기 위해 국회 의사당의 황금 돔을 순금으로 만들었다고 합니다.

이 주 의사당을 걷다 보면 모든 발걸음과 모든 장면이 특히 &quot;미국적&quot;이라는 것을 느낄 수 있습니다. 어디를 가든 콜로라도의 역사와 관련된 사람이나 사건을 볼 수 있습니다.

미국 역사에 그다지 관심이 없는 24k 순수 관광객에게는 웅장한 유럽 건축 양식이 체크인하기에 가장 좋은 장소입니다. 간단히 둘러보고 싶은 관광객의 경우, 역사에 관심이 있는 관광객을 제외하고는 보통 3개 층을 거의 다 둘러보는 데 30~40분 정도 걸립니다.

실내 견학을 마친 후 건물이 위치한 광장인 시민센터공원으로 이동해 외관을 감상할 수 있다. 공원에는 사람이 적어 미국 시골의 분위기와 잘 어울립니다.
