Join the Opening Reception of the 9x9, Unfolding Art and Design Exhibit, a culmination of nine months of artistic exploration by nine aspiring young artists. This after-school arts program, known as UNFOLDING, offers a unique method of arts education. Participants are completely immersed in experiential learning, guided by professional artists and a life coach. They reflect on their personal and collective situations, learn from their environment, and the people around them. Over the past nine months, these talented individuals, aged 11 to 14, have delved into various artistic mediums, including photography, printmaking, graphic design, visual arts, paper mache, pottery, community arts, and land-based education.

The exhibition will take place at the prestigious Paper Mill Gallery, located at the Todmorden Mills Heritage Site in Toronto. Join us on Tuesday, December 19th from 5:30-7:30pm to celebrate the achievements of these young artists. The exhibit will be open to the public from December 19th, 2023 until January 7th, 2024. We extend our gratitude to the Canada Council for the Arts for their support in making this program and exhibition possible.

The EmotionArt Collective, a group of passionate dreamers, created this program with the aim of providing art-based opportunities to individuals who may face barriers to participation due to income and social inequalities. They recognize the importance of all emotions as valid and essential drivers of human expression and development. 수요일 아침에 갔습니다. 사람이 많지 않았고 티켓은 온라인으로 미리 예약했습니다. 현재 진행 중인 전시 중 하나인 Being and Belonging은 현재 티켓에 포함되어 있지 않았지만 구매할 만한 가치가 충분히 있었습니다. 각 층은 다른 전시로 구성되어 있으므로 최대 2시간이 걸릴 수 있다는 점을 염두에 두십시오. 10/10 추천, 지식과 에어컨에 압도당하기 위해 이곳에 오는 것을 추천합니다.
