Through compassionate guidance and optional participation, you'll discover practical tools to nourish your nervous system and build resilience for everyday life. No prior experience needed—just bring yourself, a journal and an openness to gentle exploration.
Workshop Elements:
Nervous System Education
 - Learn about your autonomic nervous system and how it responds to stress and safety
Somatic Movement Practices
 - Experience gentle, embodied exercises to promote regulation and grounding in your body
Breathing and Mindfulness Techniques
 - Discover breath-based practices that activate your rest and restore response

우리는 1월의 일요일 오후에 자발적으로 방문하여 여기에 왔고 완전히 즐겼습니다. 우리 어린 소년은 &quot;오래된 패션 하우스&quot;를 보는 것을 좋아했고 현금 인출기에서 아파트까지 모든 직원이 잘 돌 보았습니다. 우리는 두 번 돌아갔습니다 (방문 사이에 교대 변경으로! ) 그리고 의심할 여지 없이 글래스고에서 같은 수천 개의 이야기에 대한 통찰력은 환상적이었습니다. 게다가 우리 소년은 발굴된 왈리에서 색칠을 완전히 즐겼습니다. Garnethill을 배회할 가치가 있는 숨겨진 보석.

이 박물관은 꼭 방문해야 할 곳입니다. 특히 저는 이 박물관의 유화 작품들을 좋아합니다. 작품을 보고 나면 시각적인 즐거움이 엄청납니다. 초등학생과 중학생들이 가장 좋아하는 곳이기도 합니다.

글래스고 대성당

그 유래는 유명한 윌리엄 컨퀘스트(William Conquest) 시대로 거슬러 올라간다고 합니다. 샌디에이고를 기념하기 위해 건립된 것으로 수백년이 걸렸고 지금까지 거의 천년이 지났습니다. 스코틀랜드에서 가장 오래된 종교 건물이다. 관광객들이 꼭 가봐야 할 곳이기도 하다.

조지 광장

Peggy 

조지 광장은 글래스고 도심에 위치하고 있으며 기차나 지하철로 매우 편리하게 접근할 수 있습니다. 날씨가 좋은 날에는 광장에서 일광욕을 즐기며 비둘기를 구경하실 수 있습니다. 기념품, 옷, 신발, 양말을 구입할 수 있는 유명한 쇼핑 거리와 가깝습니다. 선택할 수 있는 레스토랑과 식당도 많이 있습니다. 
조지 광장은 꼭 봐야 할 명소입니다. 광장의 건축물을 감상하는 것 외에도 크리스마스와 같은 다양한 축제 기간에는 광장이 크리스마스 시장으로 바뀌어 역동적이고 행복한 분위기로 변합니다.
