A Practical Six-Week Meditation Course
for Everyday Life
How can we stay positive in a world filled with uncertainty, turmoil, and constant change? In these meditation classes, we will learn Buddhist meditations that enable us to transform the challenges and pain we encounter - both around us and within us - into opportunities for personal growth and spiritual development. As a result, we will cultivate qualities such as compassion and wisdom, while building the inner resilience necessary to face life’s daily challenges with courage and clarity.
These classes include two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic. After each class, there is time for Q&A.
Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required. 
We require booking in advance, as our classes are often fully attended.
You do not need to bring anything with you, and the meditation is conducted on chairs (though you are welcome to bring a cushion if you prefer).
The classes are held in the peaceful, friendly, and comfortable surroundings of the 
Carrot Common - Room 212 Meeting Space.
Sandra Lewis
 has a deep enthusiasm for sharing the transformative power of meditation. An experienced teacher at KMC Canada, she embodies a natural joy and passion for Buddha’s wisdom. Her classes, delivered with clarity and insight, help people understand the practical application of Buddhist meditation in their daily lives.
Fees:
$65 for entire series
$15 for individual classes
Class pass holders: no charge
