Join Elise Hartmann, a vegan artist, designer, and owner of Dark Faerie Creations, and Dr. Stephanie Lipnicki, a DACM and LAc at the Natural Alternatives Center for Wellness, for an evening of Art & Mindfulness: Meditation and Mixed Media. This unique event combines the magic of art with the benefits of meditation for a fun and rejuvenating wellness experience. Dr. Stephanie will kick off the evening with a guided meditation session to ignite your inner creativity. Following the meditation, Elise will guide you on a magical journey where you will create your own mixed media work of art on canvas. If you have a specific quote in mind for your piece, please let us know during registration. Otherwise, we will provide plenty of inspirational words for you to choose from. Light snacks will be available, and you are welcome to bring your own as well. All art supplies are included in the event fee, and you will take home your masterpiece at the end of the evening.
