Step into the radiant energy of the Summer Solstice with a nourishing day retreat honouring Litha – the longest, brightest day of the year ☀️
This sacred gathering invites you to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate the abundant light within and around you.
Hosted by The Goddess Haven, this retreat offers a beautiful blend of ritual, creativity, and nature connection, with indoor comfort in the morning and full access to magical outdoor spaces in the afternoon – including a private wooded areas, fire pit, stream, community gardens, and a whimsical fairy garden.
What to Expect:
Morning Session (Indoors):
☀️Welcoming with a summer-inspired herbal tea
☀️Grounding and guided solar meditation
☀️Solar plexus breathwork & seasonal journaling
☀️Craft your own Sun Talisman – a powerful symbol of light, confidence and inner strength
☀️Sacred circle sharing and gratitude practice
Afternoon Session (Outdoors):
☀️ Walk and fairy garden visit with optional offerings
☀️Streamside blessing ritual for emotional renewal and intention setting
☀️Fire ceremony to celebrate your growth and release what no longer serves
☀️Drum journey 
☀️ Sound Bath in nature  for deep rest and integration
This retreat is open to all who feel called to honour the turning of the wheel in sacred community. Whether you’re new to seasonal living or deeply rooted in earth based practice, you’ll be warmly welcomed just as you are.
Please bring a bottle of water and weather appropriate clothing for outdoor exploration. All ritual and craft materials are provided.
