Latin Dance Inclusive - Getting ready to shine at Edinburgh Carnival 2025! Join us at the Queensferry Sports & Community Hub for an exciting series of workshops leading up to the 2025 Edinburgh Carnival Festival! These vibrant dance sessions offer a joyful and inclusive experience, blending gentle Latin American choreographies tailored for young disabled dancers and their parents or carers. Get ready to move, connect, and celebrate in a fun-filled, supportive environment! When?on the following Saturdays March Saturdays: 1st, 8th,15th,(*Sunday 23rd), 29th April Saturdays: 5th,12th, 26th May Saturday: 3rd,10th, 24th, 31st June Saturday7th,14th, 21st, 28th July Saturday: 5th, 12th (You can join us on all dates or just one date). What is the time and duration? Workshops (40 min) 10:15 -10:55 Dance workshops: It will be a gentle and fun blend of Latin American dance choreographies designed for disabled young dancers and their parents or carers. Inclusive Party Time! (40 min) 11:00 -11:40 Our parties are designed for all dance levels and mobility needs. We welcome music requests from our dancers—and if they’d like, they can take the lead in showing off their moves to their chosen song! This encourages confidence, creativity, and leadership through dance. Friends, family, and support workers are all encouraged to join in and enjoy the fun, inclusive atmosphere. Where? The HUB Queensferry, Dundas Avenue, South Queensferry, EH30 9JN, is a fully accessible venue and it has car park facilities.
