The Snatch, often referred to as "the Tsar of the kettlebell lifts," is the highlight of this workshop. With more muscles engaged and a longer distance traveled, the Snatch goes beyond the benefits of the swing, offering enhanced explosive power, conditioning, and fat-burning potential. Furthermore, the workshop will also cover the one-arm Clean-and-Press, a highly effective exercise for shoulder strength, muscular development, and overall shoulder health.

By the end of the workshop, participants will receive a Strong Endurance™ snatch plan, enabling them to continue their training and progress towards their goals. The workshop also introduces the "Rite of Passage" type programming, which provides a reliable progression for continued improvement. With three versions of the Rite of Passage program available, participants will have ample opportunities to challenge themselves and achieve new heights.
