Additionally, participants will gain insight into core strength progressions, such as the Dragon Flag and Clutch Flag, to enhance human flag training. The workshop also covers selecting appropriate exercises for pushing, pulling, and core training, ensuring continuous strength gain and skill improvement. Beginners of all fitness levels are welcome to join, even those without prior experience in calisthenics, gymnastics, or gym training.
