Join our free talk, discussion and practical session where we explore how stories and art can shape a brighter tomorrow. Let's come together to share our visions, dreams, and creativity. Get ready to be inspired, connect with like-minded individuals, and envision a world filled with hope and possibility. No writing or art ability needed! This session is primarily aimed at adults and any under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. We’ll have a short presentation on the issues and show some solutions. After this we’ll think about what that better future looks like if we are on our way to solving the world's most critical issues such as the climate and nature crisis and inequality. We have a simple imagination exercise that will really help you to envision that better future. Then we’ll invite you to explore how to bring this future to life. You can write down what you have imagined as a mini-story or start doing some art such as a drawing or collage, or some more creative writing. This can be done individually or in groups. We’ll have an artist on hand to help bring ideas to life. We’ll select stories and artwork to be showcased online and in various public locations, which we hope will stimulate thoughts and enthusiasm about a better future.
