Developing Patience with Wisdom
3- week series in June

Through our practice of patience we can develop a deep wisdom that understands the nature of reality. When we connect with the real nature of things, our self-grasping ignorance decreases and we experience a deep sense of inner peace. Because difficulties and problems arise so often, we have many opportunities to develop wisdom with our practice of patience.
In particular, through contemplation and meditation we can overcome the problem of anger, learning how to develop and maintain patience when faced with even the most difficult circumstances.
Each class presents a new topic with new contemplations and meditations for our training in overcoming anger and developing patience.
Topics include:
How wisdom deepens our patience
How patience deepens our wisdom
Karma – cause and effect
Who is there to blame?
This course is based on the book 
How to Solve Our Human Problems
, 
Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life
, and 
Meaningful to Behold
.

$15 a class. $48 4-class pass (series pass).
