Flamenco requires intense concentration and an appreciation for the various complexities of flamenco musical rhythms. This helps keep the brain young and the heart exhilarated. But brain stimulation and a pumping heart aren’t the only benefits of flamenco. That’s because the repetitive footwork drills, arm elevations, the hand and torso twisting all combine to challenge muscle memory. 화려해요! 10월 중순쯤에 갔는데 나뭇잎이 변하고 싶어했어요. 모든 게 정말 잘 관리되어 있고 사진에 담기 완벽했어요. 전에 본 적 없는 꽃들이 있었어요. 정말 예뻤어요!! 잠시 이곳을 산책하는 걸 즐겼어요!

Peggy&#39;s Cove는 핼리팩스에서 꼭 방문해야 할 명소입니다. 등대는 바다를 마주하고 있는 작은 섬에 있으며 아름다운 풍경을 자랑합니다. 타워에는 기념품과 지역 특산품이 있어 기념품으로 구매해 보는 것도 의미가 있습니다. 주변에 음식점도 있고 사람도 꽤 많았는데 저희는 거기까지 가지 않았어요. 바다에서 갓 잡아서 시간에 맞춰 조리해 주는 특별한 랍스터도 있습니다.
