Darlington Point presents a thrilling event, the Free Roller Disco, as part of the NSW Government Holiday Break Program. Come and enjoy the fun at Murrumbidgee Shire Hall on Carrington Street in Darlington Point. The event is scheduled for April 24, 2024, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Kids aged 11 and under can join from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, while those aged 12 and over can participate from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.

For those new to skating, there is a Beginner Skate Workshop available with limited spots. Participants will learn essential skills like stopping, moving forward, and falling safely. This workshop is suitable for individuals aged 5 to adults. After the workshop, get ready for some Roller Disco and Dance Games. Put on your best disco outfit and hit the dance floor to flaunt your skating moves. Remember to bring socks and any safety gear you prefer, such as a helmet. Skates are provided free of charge, or you can bring your own (excluding roller blades). Children under five must be accompanied by a parent while skating.
