Join curator Chiara Dellerba for an expressive drawing and writing session at the Creative Workshop: Oneiric Journey to the Nearby Cosmos. As part of the Reimagining Sleep exhibition programme, this workshop will take place on 23rd March 2024 at Bewick Hall, Level 2, Newcastle City Library in Newcastle upon Tyne. Chiara Dellerba, the curator of the Reimagining Sleep exhibition, will lead participants in exploring the ways our bodies and minds react to sounds. Through creative writing techniques and mark-making, attendees will have the opportunity to develop visual responses to meditative soundscapes. These responses can then be uploaded to the companion online exhibition, enriching its collaborative nature and the plurality of voices represented. The Reimagining Sleep exhibition is part of the larger project led by Dr Diletta De Cristofaro, funded by Wellcome and based at Northumbria University, in partnership with The Sleep Charity. This event will provide a serene and thought-provoking environment for participants to delve into the realm of the nearby cosmos through artistic expression. 더럼에서 북쪽으로 버스를 타고 뉴캐슬에 도착했는데, 더럼 빌리지에 비하면 뉴캐슬은 대도시이고, 더럼 기차역에서는 저녁 식사를 위해 뉴캐슬로 갔던 몇몇 학생들도 만났습니다. 여기서 나는 실제로 성벽인 하드리아누스 성벽을 보았습니다. 사실 이것은 로마 제국의 영국 지방의 최북단 국경이었습니다. 둘 다 북쪽의 침략을 방어하는 성벽이었습니다. 타인 강을 따라 서쪽에서 동쪽으로 바다의 입구가 있습니다. 당시 영국 왕은 나무 첨탑의 본관과 흙으로 된 외벽으로 구성된 성을 여러 개 지었습니다. 뉴캐슬은 뉴캐슬이라는 이름의 유래이다.

버킹엄 궁에서 가까운 곳. 여러 동물들을 볼수 있다. 팰리컨, 백조, 흑조, 거위,  기러기, 다람쥐 등등놀이터도 특색있고 좋다.
