In this relaxed and welcoming workshop, you will be guided through the art of painting still life flower arrangements using acrylic paint. Participants will be shown the basics of composition, style and colour communication, offering a simple starting point from which everyone can explore their own creativity. No experience is necessary; this encouraging workshop is focused on self-expression and intuitive painting, rather than copying strict techniques. There will be an emphasis on finding joy and freedom through expressive colour. This is an opportunity to let go of perfectionism and spend a few hours peacefully painting flowers. An invitation to ground down into our bodies, escape the pace of modern life and reconnect with the inner creative self. More information about the workshop: We will take a break for around 20 minutes at half time. There will be tea and coffee but please bring along any snacks and drinks you might want in that time.  There is parking right outside the venue, but this is paid parking before 6pm, so please be aware of this extra cost. All materials will be provided on the day and you will take away your painting with you.  If the minimum number of tickets is not sold for this event, we will postpone, and refund anyone who cannot make the new dates.  About your tutor: www.katysmail.com Kate Ryan Inc. @ktsmail Katy Smail was born in Scotland and graduated from Edinburgh College of Art with a First-Class Honours degree in Illustration. She then moved to NYC for ten years where she worked as an illustrator, painter, and art director.  She is currently based in Glasgow. New motherhood and a return to Scotland expanded her fine art practice, and she now works primarily as a painter. Inspired by the magical wildflowers of her homeland she has developed the colourful, expressive style for which she is known.

우리는 1월의 어느 일요일 오후에 즉흥적으로 이곳을 방문했고, 철저히 즐겼습니다. 우리 꼬마는 &quot;구식 집&quot;을 보는 것을 좋아했고, 계산대에서 아파트까지, 그리고 다시 돌아오는 모든 직원들이 매우 잘 돌봐주었습니다.

우리는 두 번이나 돌아다녔고(방문 사이에 교대 근무를 했습니다!) 글래스고에서 의심할 여지 없이 수천 개의 이와 비슷한 이야기를 한 가지 통찰력으로 엿볼 수 있어서 환상적이었습니다. 게다가 우리 아들은 자신의 월리 굴에 색칠하는 것을 철저히 즐겼습니다. 가넷힐을 돌아다닐 만한 숨은 보석입니다.

이 박물관은 꼭 방문해야 할 곳입니다. 특히 저는 이 박물관의 유화 작품들을 좋아합니다. 작품을 보고 나면 시각적인 즐거움이 엄청납니다. 초등학생과 중학생들이 가장 좋아하는 곳이기도 합니다.

글래스고 대성당

그 유래는 유명한 윌리엄 컨퀘스트(William Conquest) 시대로 거슬러 올라간다고 합니다. 샌디에이고를 기념하기 위해 건립된 것으로 수백년이 걸렸고 지금까지 거의 천년이 지났습니다. 스코틀랜드에서 가장 오래된 종교 건물이다. 관광객들이 꼭 가봐야 할 곳이기도 하다.

조지 광장

조지 광장은 글래스고 도심에 위치하고 있으며 기차나 지하철로 매우 편리하게 접근할 수 있습니다. 날씨가 좋은 날에는 광장에서 일광욕을 즐기며 비둘기를 구경하실 수 있습니다. 기념품, 옷, 신발, 양말을 구입할 수 있는 유명한 쇼핑 거리와 가깝습니다. 선택할 수 있는 레스토랑과 식당도 많이 있습니다. 
조지 광장은 꼭 봐야 할 명소입니다. 광장의 건축물을 감상하는 것 외에도 크리스마스와 같은 다양한 축제 기간에는 광장이 크리스마스 시장으로 바뀌어 역동적이고 행복한 분위기로 변합니다.
