Open to runners and walkers, don't miss your chance to cross the post-card perfect Pell Bridge and its 4-miles of sweeping views. The race starts at 7:15 AM. Once a year, pedestrians and runners are allowed to cross the Pell Bridge. The award-winning Pell Bridge Run is produced by the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority. Donate Your Shirt to CharityYou are able to opt out of receiving your event t-shirt when registering. We will then in turn donate the cost of producing that shirt to the Citizens Pell Bridge Run's non-profit beneficiaries, and announce the donation amount from this initiative following the event. Refunds — 30 DaysRefunds on your registration may be requested up to 30 days before the event by emailing info@graymattermarketing.com. Refunds will not be granted if a request is made less than 30 days prior to the event. No exceptions. Extreme Weather PolicyOur events are held rain or shine. However, there is always the potential for extreme or severe weather conditions. Race organizers will do as much as we can to ensure the experience is as safe as possible. In the event of severe weather, the race may be delayed as race officials consult public safety officers. If there is more than a short delay, if conditions persist, or the forecast calls for extreme weather, race officials reserve the right to alter or cancel the race. We do not schedule  rain dates . Any decision to cancel an event is done as an absolute last resort and is made collectively with local risk management, police, fire & rescue, and medical personnel as appropriate. In such situations, there will be NO REFUNDS as registrants accept any such risk of their entry free when signing up. Tingtao Villa는 바다 옆에 위치해 있습니다. 파도소리와 파도소리를 직접 들을 수 있어 팅타오 빌라라는 이름이 붙었습니다. 건물은 매우 아름답고 내부 장식도 웅장하고 충격적입니다. 정원에는 아이들이 놀 수 있는 어린이 크기의 건물인 미니 빌라도 있습니다. 꽤 재미있어 보입니다. 그날은 비가 와서 실내에 있다가 야외로 나가보니 안개가 끼어 있어서 기본적으로 바다 전망은 보이지 않고 파도소리만 들리는 것 같았습니다. 명승지 전체를 둘러보는 데 약 1시간 30분에서 2시간 정도 소요되며, 팅타오 빌라에서 보스턴까지 편도로 운전하는 데 1시간 이상이 소요되며, 시간이 빡빡하면 그곳에 가지 않는 것이 좋습니다.
