Aye Breathe X Empress-Up is proud to present a new collaboration aimed at creating a judgment-free CrossFit community for women and non-binary individuals. Join us for our second session, led by Rachel, where we will explore the invigorating "Waterfall" form of CrossFit. Following the workout, we will enjoy energy-boosting light bites and engage in a conversation about body image, led by Morgan. This workshop is open to all abilities and will provide a safe and inclusive space for participants. 

The workshop will take place at CrossFit Murrayfield in Edinburgh. Please arrive at 13:00, wearing comfortable clothing and footwear, and bring your own water bottle. We will provide a supportive environment, a new community, and essential amenities such as a first aid kit, snacks, warm drinks, and water bottle refill stations. 

As a Spit it Out (SiO) community event organized by the Aye Breathe project, we strive to foster conversations around consent, mental health, and healing through creativity, accountability, and community care. Our aim is to create lasting change and a support network for those who have experienced trauma and mental health challenges, with a focus on intersectionality.
