In person, here at Grassmarket Centre, this is your opportunity to meet and chat to Anita and her fellow antiques specialists.  Enjoy insights and tips on all things antique, from Ceramics, Glass, Decorative Arts and 20th Century Design to Scottish Fine Arts and Pottery, to Asian and Ethnic Arts and Furniture. “We're looking forward to getting together with supporters of the fantastic Grassmarket Community Project for an evening of Tales from the World of Antiques and Auction.”
Anita Manning We are delighted to welcome Anita and her team to this unique event in support of the Grassmarket Community Project, and our vital work in transforming the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in Edinburgh and the Lothians, Anita Manning is a well-known TV personality from BBC Antiques programmes including Flog It, Bargain Hunt, Antiques Road Trip and Cash in the Attic. For this very special event, she will be joined by her team of experts from Great Western Auctions, Paul Howard, Chris Brickley and Claire Godwyn. Tickets £20, to include welcome drink andcanapéson arrival. A little more about Great Western Auctions Great Western Auctions Ltd. is one of the leading independent Auction houses in the UK. It was established in 1989 in Glasgow by Anita Manning and her daughter Larissa Manning. In doing so, Anita became one of Scotland's first female auctioneers. Great Western Auctions’ programme includes fortnightly Antiques and Collectables Auctions, Quarterly Fine Arts and Antiques Auctions and a variety of dedicated specialist auctions throughout the year.
