Experience the transformative power of Adaptive Surf Therapy at the upcoming AmpSurf NY Learn to Surf Clinic on July 27th at Rockaway Beach, Queens. This event is specifically designed for individuals living with disabilities, Veterans, and First Responders. Participants will engage in dry land and in-water surf instruction, fostering a sense of empowerment and joy. AmpSurf's mission is to Promote, Inspire, Educate, and Rehabilitate (PIER™) individuals with disabilities through adaptive surfing, focusing on their abilities rather than limitations.

For participants, the schedule includes arrival at 8:00 a.m., followed by dry land instruction and in-water surf training. All necessary equipment will be provided, including surfboards, wetsuits, and rash guards. A registration fee of $25 reserves a spot for the clinic, with grant applications available for Veterans and First Responders in need. Volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the clinic, assisting with instruction, safety, and beach support.
