Alchemy of Fusion is an exciting bi-monthly Fusion partner dance series taking place in South Berkeley. This fusion-style partner dancing incorporates elements from various dance genres, emphasizing improvisation, musicality, and connection with your partner. The event is open to dancers of all levels, with no experience or partner required. Simply come as you are and join the open level class taught by Emily Webb, followed by a social dance where you can practice your moves and meet new people. The event is co-hosted by GoenEvents and The Berkeley Alembic, two organizations dedicated to creating meaningful encounters and promoting body-mind transformation. The class, titled "The Divine Dance Conversation," will explore the art of lead and follow voice, enhancing your dance skills and potentially benefiting other areas of your life as well. Remember to bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, and come prepared to get up close with your fellow dancers.
