Oya, a Level 1+2 Pole Instructor, will guide a small group of polers through invigorating classes designed to improve strength, confidence, and body transformation.

With Oya's assistance, participants will feel safe and empowered as they enhance their skills and discover their body's natural flow. Additionally, this vibrant community of pole enthusiasts fosters a welcoming environment that promotes growth and camaraderie.

At Albany Poles in the Park, we utilize the X-stage Lite from X-Pole, ensuring a sturdy and freestanding stage for confident poling. Our aim is to provide an accessible alternative to traditional studio settings, eliminating the intimidation factor often associated with these environments. We understand that accessibility, convenience, and affordability are key considerations, which is why we've created So-Mobile Fitness.

Please note that the event location may change, and any updates will be communicated to ticketholders. To ensure optimal pole grip, it is crucial to avoid applying lotion or oils before attending the class. Additionally, participants must arrive no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time to partake in the warmup. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will need to reschedule.

During these classes, participants will engage in mobility and stretching exercises, pole conditioning drills, and strength training. They will also learn beginner to intermediate tricks, floorwork basics, and exciting routines and combos. As an added bonus, So-Mobile Fitness will provide videos and photos for participants to document their pole journey or share on their social media platforms.
