Trauma isn’t just the big, obvious events—it’s anything that overwhelms our child’s nervous system beyond what they can cope with. And right now, so many children are feeling exactly that.Whether it’s exam stress, emotional-based school avoidance, or the daily battles over the smallest things, it’s not just about behaviour—it’s about what’s happening beneath the surface. When we understand that, everything changes.And if you're exhausted, walking on eggshells, or wondering, Why is everything so hard right now?—you’re not alone.This isn’t a workshop about managing behaviour.  It’s about: Why your child’s nervous system reacts the way it does (from toddlers to teens and beyond) How to respond in ways that build safety, not stress Practical tools to support co-regulation—so you both feel calmer, fasterWe’re not meant to do this alone. Come and connect with other parents who get it—no judgement, just real, practical insights to help you support your child in a way that actually works.I have been running these online but want to reach out in person. My first one being Tuesday June 3rd 10:45am at the brand new Markwell Pavillion in the town park. I am collaborating with the  delicious terrace cafe to include lunch after the course to allow for a relaxed chance to get to know the other parents.
