Join Oliver for a transformative evening of 5 Rhythms Dance in Berlin. This community celebration, complete with a potluck, promises to be an immersive experience of movement, connection, and joy. The event will take place on Saturday, February 10th, starting at 7:30 pm. Please arrive by 7:15 pm for check-in as doors will close promptly at 7:45 pm. The Moravian Church Berlin-Neukölln, located at Kirchgasse 14, 12043 Berlin, will host this unique gathering.

During the dance, you will have the opportunity to liberate yourself into the present moment through the powerful practice of 5 Rhythms Dance Meditation. Oliver, an accredited 5 Rhythms teacher trained by the founder Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan, will guide you in exploring the depths of your inner and outer body. The passionate dancing and captivating music will evoke a sense of physical presence and still the mind through movement.

After the dance, the evening will continue with tea, snacks, and the opportunity to connect with fellow participants. Please bring along a dish to share for the potluck. Registration is required and can be completed by emailing oliver5rhythms@gmail.com with the subject line "REGISTRATION February 10th". 

The ticket prices for this event are as follows: Regular - €25, Reduced - €18, and Supporter - >€25. Additionally, if you bring a friend who is new to Oliver's classes, you can get your own ticket for just €10. Remember to dress comfortably in your dancing clothes and bring a water bottle for hydration.
