On Monday, July 21, 
Denver Mayor Mike Johnston
 will deliver his 2025 State of the City Address. For the first time, the State of the City will take place in the evening at 6 p.m. at the iconic Seawell Ballroom, located in the Denver Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Denver.
This event will bring together Denver City Council, local leaders and the public to hear Mayor Johnston's reflections from the past year, the city’s key accomplishments, and priorities for our vibrant city in the year ahead.
The State of the City will be live streamed on

 and the 
city's YouTube
 page for anyone unable to attend in person.

Event Guidelines
A security screening is required for all guests prior to entering the venue.
Visitors will not be permitted inside the venue with anything on the 
prohibited items list.
Visitors will be expected to abide by the venue's 
code of conduct

Know Before You Go
Please be sure to arrive at the venue with enough time to identify parking and go through the required security screening.
You may access the venue through the parking garage or walking up from 14th Avenue and Curtis Street.
Attendees will not be able to access the venue through Sculpture Park due to a separate event taking place at that time.
Paid parking is available in the DCPA garage on a first-come, first-served basis. DCPA garage parking cost is $17. 
Limited street and metered parking may also be available near the venue. 
We strongly encourage alternative modes of transportation such as public transit, carpooling, or ride share.
Tickets are required. Please bring a digital or printed copy of your registration for entry.
There is no formal dress code but most patrons wear business casual clothing.
