Kristin Pruitt / President, Lake City Bank
Kristin Pruitt serves as President of Lakeland Financial and Lake City Bank, a position she has held since 2023. She joined Lakeland Financial in 2008 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel and was promoted to Executive Vice President and General Counsel in 2014 and to Chief Administrative Officer in in 2019. In January, she was elected to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago's Board of Directors for a three-year term from 2025-2027.
Steve Collins / President & CEO, Fort Financial Credit Union
Steve Collins has extensive work experience in the credit union industry. Steve began his career in 1991 at Three Rivers Federal Credit Union, working  as VP of Operations until 1999. In 1999, he joined Fort Financial Credit Union as President & CEO. Steve also held the position of Director at Fort Financial Credit Union starting in 2009. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Mike Cahill / President & CEO, Greenway Bank
As President and CEO of VWF Bancorp, Inc., the public company that owns GreenWay Bank, Mike is tasked with leading this long-standing pillar of the Van Wert, Ohio community (1889 was its start), which converted from a mutual thrift to a publicly traded company, into becoming a regional commercial bank.
He is along time C-Suite professional (CFO and/or COO from 1987 to 2006 at various companies and CEO from 2006 to 2018 at three different companies) in various aspects of the banking, insurance, real estate, and capital markets along with several for profit board positions in related areas. The companies had annual revenues up to $250 million and employee counts up to over 3,000.
