조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 슬로바키아 브라티슬라바 호텔

This is a beautiful hotel literal steps away from the sites or Bratislava. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very relaxed once in the hotel. The view from the street and lobby make it seem like there isn't much but once we got beyond the ground floor (in a diamond shaped elevator) we really appreciated the atrium. There were plenty of spots to sit including some large bench areas where you could enjoy the sunlight and brightly lit areas. The room was a good size with plenty of space and storage cabinets to keep our things. They had a coffee station, mini fridge and desk area. The room was comfy and quiet. The wifi was also very strong during our stay. We had a minor issue with the curtains because they got stuck and did not offer complete coverage. The bathroom was good and we appreciated the rainfall showerhead. They had an all in one shower gel so you may want to consider bringing your own products. There was a towel warming rack too which was a nice touch. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and there were some nice healthy options. They had plenty of fruit, yogurt and some nice breads. We also appreciated the eggs, bacon and cheese. The breakfast spot is on the bottom floor and serves as an extension to the restaurant Koliba Kamzík Zelená which has a few locations in Bratislava. We had a very good lunch at the restaurant which included pierogies, cabbage soup and a garlic soup with cheese. The hot sea buckthorn drink was very good too. The lunch was probably our best meal in Bratislava and if you're a member of the hotel's Aplend club you can get discounts on several items. The location was good for us and we were a very short walk away from many restaurants, souvenir shops and cafes. The Town Hall Square is about 100 meters away from the entrance of the hotel and we found many of Bratislava's attractions a short walk away from the hotel including St. Michael's Tower, Cumil and the whole Old Town area. The bus and tram stops are a bit further of a walk but we found the bus station and tram station by the UFO Bridge to be pretty convenient during our stay.

My partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

와우- 호스텔이 얼마나 깨끗하고, 현대적이고, 아늑하고, 편리한지 정말 놀랐습니다. 모든 침대에는 카드키로 작동하는 별도의 사물함과 여러 개의 선반이 있었고, 제가 묵었던 칸은 커튼으로 닫을 수 있었습니다. 이번 숙박에서 가장 좋았던 점 중 하나는 체크인과 체크아웃 절차였습니다. 완전 자동화되어 직원의 개입이 필요 없었기 때문입니다. 저는 신속하게 체크인하고 체크아웃할 수 있었습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했고, 새벽 5시에도 프런트 데스크에 직원이 항상 있는 것 같았습니다. 한 가지 개선이 필요한 점은 욕실입니다. 방 끝쪽 샤워실 바닥이 거의 항상 젖어 있습니다. 전반적으로 숙박에 매우 만족했고, 브라티슬라바를 다시 방문한다면 이곳을 예약하고 싶습니다.

Overview: nice and super big rooms! Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away! Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time! Service: nice and friendly staff! Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice! Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive! Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

구시가지랑은 거리가 있어서 관광지에 가려면 좀 걸어야 해요. 그래도 도시 자체가 아담하고 예뻐서, 데이패스 사면 크게 문제될 건 없어요. 호텔 객실은 작지만 정말 깨끗했고, 무료 생수도 한 병 있었어요.

위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 아침 식사도 환상적이었어요. 중국 음식만 좋아하는 저조차도 배가 터질 듯이 불러서 커피까지 포장해 갔습니다. 프런트 데스크부터 레스토랑까지 모든 직원들이 친절하고 환영하는 분위기였습니다. 강력 추천합니다. 도시는 크지 않지만 둘러볼 가치가 충분합니다. 다음에 다시 올 기회가 생긴다면 꼭 이 호텔에 다시 묵을 거예요.

Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need. Staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast was amazing.

2025/6/19 첫날 체크인할 때 카운터 직원에게 가서 다음 날 아침 식사를 예약하고 싶다고 말했습니다. 포니테일에 안경도 쓰지 않은 그 직원은 다음 날 체크아웃하고 계산하겠다고 했습니다. 그래서 다음 날 아침 식사를 하러 갔는데, 레스토랑 목록이 없어서 카운터에 가서 확인해야 했습니다. 다시 카운터에 가서 이 문제에 대해 이야기했습니다. 그런데 그 두 직원은 우리에게 무슨 일이 일어났는지 몰랐습니다. 나중에 구두로 약속했던 직원이 나타나서 마음을 바꿔서 직접 레스토랑에 예약해야 한다고 했습니다. 도저히 이해할 수 없네요🤬🤬🤬 그냥 내부 과실입니다. 모니터를 확인해서 뭐라고 했는지 알려주세요! 정말 불쾌하고 아침 일찍 괴롭힘을 당했습니다. 게다가 이곳은 세계적인 체인 호텔인데, 제가 너무 취해 있습니다. 이런 간단한 일에 메모를 남기는 건 어렵지 않습니다. 그냥 개인 업무 인계가 불분명하다는 것뿐입니다😡.말문이 막혀요, 정말 과장된 표현이에요!! 분쟁을 피하려면 손님에게 즉시 요금을 청구하세요.이런 식으로는 아무것도 할 근거가 없는 것 같아요.빈말과 딴소리의 라쇼몽이에요.위치는 좋고 공용 공간도 좋아요.전반적으로 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있어요.내부 시설에 대해 말씀드리자면, 객실에 실제로 먼지가 많이 있어요.TV 캐비닛이든 캡슐 커피 머신이든 조명 아래 떠다니는 먼지가 선명하게 보여요.또한 알레르기로 인해 재채기를 여러 번 하게 됐어요.520호실 욕실에서 이상한 소리가 들렸어요.기계 작동인지는 모르겠지만요.게다가, 이렇게 좋은 단체 호텔은 처음이었어요.샤워기의 온수가 불안정하고 온수가 식어버렸어요.그리고 마침 세탁기가 고장 났어요.누군가에게 수리를 요청하려면 다음 주까지 걸릴 것 같아요. 이 효율성은 정말 놀랍습니다...😵💫😵💫😵💫
