이틀 밤 동안 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않았습니다. 우리는 리셉션에 전화를 걸어 당직 관리자에게 두 번째로 이야기했습니다. 그는 돌아올 때 동시에 샤워/목욕을 한 많은 사람들이 코치에 머물고 있었기 때문이라고 말했습니다. 다시 뜨거워질 때까지 기다리세요. 그것은 압박감의 부족을 허용하지 않았습니다 – 물방울! 결국 우리는 포기했습니다 – 샤워/목욕이 없습니다. 그러나 당직 관리자는 다음 날 아침에 우리를 찾을 것이라고 확신했습니다.... 이런 일은 결코 일어나지 않았습니다. 토요일 밤에도 같은 일이 일어났습니다. 그날 아침 관리자가 우리를 찾지 못한 것에 대해 접수원이 준 변명은 결혼식이 있었고 모든 관리자가 필요했다는 것이었습니다. 그들은 오전 11시까지 근무를 시작하지 않았습니다. 근무 관리자는 토요일 밤에 결혼식에 일을 하고 있었기 때문에 우리와 대화할 수 없었지만 Leanne은 우리의 불만 사항을 기록하고 메모를 작성했으며 불편함을 느꼈다고 우리에게 확신시켰습니다(현재 이틀 동안 뜨거운 물이 공급되지 않음). 3박 숙박 금액)은 체크아웃 시 청구서에 반영됩니다. 이것은 요점이 아니었습니다. 숙박은 편안하고 매우 특별한 대접을 받을 예정이었습니다. 밤에 샤워나 목욕을 할 수 없는 것은 괜찮지 않았습니다! 그녀는 셋째 날 밤에는 '투어' 파티와 '결혼식 파티'가 떠날 것이라고 우리에게 확신시켰습니다. 그래서 우리는 뜨거운 물을 갖게 될 것입니다. 우리는 그랬습니다.

또 다른 점에서는 이 호텔이 반려견 친화적이라고 설명되어 있습니다. 그럴 수도 있습니다. 1박당 £25의 비용으로 개를 데리고 올 수 있지만 체크인할 때 바 공간이나 밖에서 식사해야 한다고 들었습니다. 다행히 날씨는 괜찮았습니다. 그러나 우리는 2등 시민처럼 느껴졌습니다! 뿐만 아니라 바 공간에는 누구나 식사를 할 수 있는 테이블이 없습니다. 테이블은 모두 낮고 간식만 먹기에 적합합니다!

Within, walking distance of Stratford upon Avon 20 mins.
The place is nice, yes some areas need a bit of attention but nothing you wouldn't expect in an old building.
The staff were pleasant and helpful all round.

Dds999arrived around 3pm and checked in at the bar as instructed I received a warm welcome and even had my case carried up the stairs (no lift). I was given room 3, a single which was more than adequate with large single bed (very comfy) separate bath tub and wc plus t & coffee- I was pleasantly surprised. The wall mounted tv worked efficiently, there was sufficient storage and hanging space for my two night needs & the t and milks were topped up as requested. brekky was adequate and I enjoyed my stay. The ten am check out was a bit of a problem on the second morning as my train wasn’t until noon (less than 5 minutes walk to the station). the bus to Stratford, Warwick and Coventry goes from round the corner and the town is 7 - 10 minutes walk across the river bridge and past the pump room. plenty of dining options. good value for money but more a boarding house than hotel. I would return

Mmanami_co22日間滞在しました。ヒースロー空港近くのレンタカー会社から車で1時間ちょっとで着きます。駐車場は1日￡5でした。コッツウォルズを巡るのにちょうど良い場所でした。
スタッフの方々は、4人程見かけましたが皆さん優しく迎えてくれました。
室内は清潔で、ちょうど良い広さです。水回りが清潔で良かったです。コンセントの場所も多く、便利だと思います。タオル、ドライヤーがついています。ハウスキーピングは、カウンターで事前にお願いするようです。お願いし忘れており、後からタオルのみ交換をお願いしましたがすぐに換えてくれました。
ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス、歯磨きセット等は事前に用意した方が良いと思います。
すぐそばにガソリンスタンドや飲食店(KFC、スターバックスコーヒー等)、スーパーがあるのでとても便利です。
丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。機会があればまた行きたいです。

DDawnieIn the countryside in Stratford in a beautiful timber beamed building. The room was dark but spacious. We had the family room with a double and two single. Breakfast was included. No menus but the waiter said any English breakfast combination which was great. I had two poached eggs. The only problem was a lack of communication regarding the usual route to find the hotel being closed due to road works. Navigating a one way system in an unfamiliar town with no email or call to let us know how we were to get to the hotel was extremely stressful and put us 1.5 hours behind the schedule to arrive. This could have been sorted if the hotel had contacted trip.com with the landline provided at booking and explained about road works so I could have been forwarned.

SShowkat GanieThe room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient.
Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable.
Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

리리뷰어We did not eat, so cannot comment on it. The hotel was quite unusual, yet with charm in a ramshackle, real sense. It reminded me of backpacking in Asia, but staying in a nicer kind of place while doing so. The explanation for why soap disappeared from the hotel made no real sense, but as we can use the liquids it was okay... it seems an odd penny-pinching move to deny guests a simple small round disc of... 'Guest soap' during their stay. They do exist, I stay in hotels often. It's jarring not to give people soap, and overall I suggest that it is a negative cost saving given the potential loss of repeat business that such incongruences, as they build, can result in. A special thanks to the kind night receptionist.

리리뷰어Another great stay here, our room was the exact same as usual however some of the lights were abit naff or didn’t work this time around, no major issues but shame compared to previous stays. Likewise the tv remote was very temperamental this time around. But as it was booked in advance for a cheap night it was great.

익익명 사용자The location and ambiance of this hotel are truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the on-site spa with its indoor swimming pool added a wonderful touch of relaxation to the stay.
The only small drawback was that they were unable to provide a toothbrush upon request. Aside from that, everything else exceeded expectations.

리리뷰어Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!
