Very accommodating. Lovely rooms. Location is great as it is near Stratford upon Avon and Warwick so you can spend a day in both. Use of facilities are good. Very happy to recommend this to someone.

The hotel is great value for money. My room had everything I needed. I have stayed here many times previously as the location and price cannot be beaten.

arrived around 3pm and checked in at the bar as instructed I received a warm welcome and even had my case carried up the stairs (no lift). I was given room 3, a single which was more than adequate with large single bed (very comfy) separate bath tub and wc plus t & coffee- I was pleasantly surprised. The wall mounted tv worked efficiently, there was sufficient storage and hanging space for my two night needs & the t and milks were topped up as requested. brekky was adequate and I enjoyed my stay. The ten am check out was a bit of a problem on the second morning as my train wasn’t until noon (less than 5 minutes walk to the station). the bus to Stratford, Warwick and Coventry goes from round the corner and the town is 7 - 10 minutes walk across the river bridge and past the pump room. plenty of dining options. good value for money but more a boarding house than hotel. I would return

I always love to stay in this hotel because of easy access to anywhere to Leamington Spa and very kind staff.

Great hotel with really friendly staff. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast which was very very good and a good menu selection. Atherstone is a great little town,some nice pubs,a good Indian restaurant and near the canal. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and great value, everything you needed in the room and friendly staff. Handy service station facilities including 24 hour shop.

Once again a amazing stay. A big thankyou to Jasmaal. The only thing I would complain about in the gym. It was in such a bad state. Filthy and most of the apparatus seem out of date. Needs a good cleaning in there. Very poor condition.

Booked as a weekend away to come visit family and take in Stratford. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities aslo very dog friendly which is a huge bonus for us. Gorgeous gardens surrounding the hotel, and on the doorstep there's the hills to exercise the dogs right before breakfast 🥞 Room was clean and comfortable, lovely bathroom. Staff extremely friendly and the food was excellent, can't fault the place and would highly recommend.
