1. The hotel location is fine. Near the town and nearby cafe. Nice. 2. The room have USB C charging port. Good for my Apple Iphone 16 power up. The lighting control of the room is simple and easy to manage. 3. Breakfast: Good, Much Choices. 4. Staff service: On June 1, I requested the duty staff at the lobby at 7:30 AM to arrange for my room cleaning, including towel replacement. Unfortunately, upon my return at 10:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned. As it was very late, I chose not to call for staff assistance and cleaned the room myself. This is an area where the hotel can improve its service reliability.

Took myself away for the weekend. the location of this hotel was perfect for me to decide where I could go for the day. There's a lot to do in the area, from bowling with an arcade, soft play for children, and cinema. A good selection of places for food and drinks. The train station isn't too far away and opens up a lot more places. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They give recommendations and help direct to whatever you need / want. The staff also on arrival ask I'd you have a preferred floor. Stayed here 3 times. I would definitely recommend and stay again if needed to.

Stayed here while visiting family in Warwick, perfect location for us and whilst it’s not 5 star it certainly offered everything we needed, expected. Additional £5 per night parking is something introduced this year which obviously not a fan of but hey ho. Will be staying again. £20 per dog per stay charge if anyone is wanting to know the fee

I always love to stay in this hotel because of easy access to anywhere to Leamington Spa and very kind staff.

I chose this location because of a venue I was visiting was only a few minutes drive away. The hotel is close to main road routes, shopping units and rugby town. There is a Harvester pub restaurent on site. The hotel has no lift only stairs to reach the upper level. Accessible rooms will be on the ground floor. The staff were welcoming. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The shower was very accessible and modern.I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Hotel staff are great however hotel is dated, carpets and walls are worn or marked, kettle was broken, bathroom had mould and lose fixtures.

Lovely hotel,really friendly staff,great location and clean rooms. Very quiet location even though the hotel is on the high street. Would definitely book again and it’s dog friendly
