Great hotel, comfortable and clean.

방의 위치는 훌륭합니다. 놀이터로 들어가는 입구는 도보로 1 분 거리에 있으며 길을 건너면 매우 큰 바다를 볼 수 있습니다. 방 장식은 매우 새롭고 아침 식사는 좋으며 Blackpool의 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

모든 기본 사항과 친절한 서비스를 제공하는 합리적인 가격의 호텔. 우리가 떠날 때 방을 바꾸는 한 소녀는 내가 짐을 가지고 고군분투하는 것을 보았고 내가 정말로 감사했던 나를 위해 정문으로 그것을 가지고 서둘러 갔다. 방은 깨끗하고 적절했지만 샤워가 매우 뜨겁게 붙어 있다는 것을 알았을 때 우리의 체류는 다소 버릇이되었습니다. 온도를 사용하기에는 너무 뜨거워서 우리는 우리가 감사하지 않은 세면대에서 씻는 것에 만족해야했습니다.

Hotel just outside the train station, but still modern, clean, smells really good. Front desk staff was great, room with great size and comfortable. Nice bed, cozy, good amenities, including a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast was good and plenty. Great stay overall!

아늑한 작은 여관, 시골 시골 위치의 멋진 분위기. 음식은 매우 좋았고 직원들은 친절했고 방은 깨끗했습니다. 더 이상 아무것도 요구할 수 없습니다!

It was great experience stay at hilton. Great customer service nice and clean rooms nd grat locatin. Breakfast was really good. Definitely visit again.

Tje room jad everything we needed. Could have been perfect with bery little attention as paint and chrome peeling off of things in the bathroom, but didn't affect the cleanliness. Bed was comfy and sheets cleaned well. The hotel has a little café for the morning, but also the pub next door is great for food.

홀리데이 인을 처음 이용했습니다. 장점은 다음과 같습니다. 넓은 객실과 훌륭한 시설 편안하고 깨끗한 침대와 베개, 수건(1인용 큰 사이즈와 작은 사이즈) 주전자, 차/커피, 간식(비스킷)이 있습니다. 옷장 안에 헤어드라이어와 다리미판이 있습니다. 원형 테이블과 소파 의자, 조리대와 의자가 있습니다. 작은 헬스장, 수영장, 자쿠지가 있습니다. 조식과 석식을 포함(레스토랑 있음)할 수 있으며, 룸서비스로 객실로 주문할 수 있습니다. 저는 B&B만 이용했는데, 조식이 훌륭하고 양이 많았습니다. 글루텐 프리 옵션도 있었습니다! 장점 호텔 엘리베이터가 고장 나서 3층에 있었는데, 직원에게 1층(마지막 방이라고 하셨는데 다른 선택지가 없었습니다) 트윈룸으로 바꿔달라고 요청했습니다. 엘리베이터가 고장 났을 때를 대비해 1층이나 아래층으로 바꿔달라고 요청서를 작성하는 것이 좋습니다. 주전자에 체가 없습니다(제가 사용하기 전에 깨졌을 수도 있습니다.) 소파 의자에 제가 사용하기 전에 얼룩이 있습니다. 전반적으로 서비스가 매우 좋았고 객실도 넓고 시설도 좋았습니다.

내 딸과 함께 Barton Manor 호텔과 스파에 머물 렀습니다 .... 우리는 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다 .... 도착부터 출발까지 직원이 당신을 위해 충분히 할 수 없습니다 ... 아침 식사는 정말 좋습니다 ... 우리는 예약하지 않았습니다 저녁 식사를 위해 레스토랑에, 그러나 나는 다른 손님에게 들었다 ...레스토랑 음식이 맛있다는 것. 우리는 확실히 돌아갈 것입니다.

We had two rooms booked. 1 room was with elederly parents! The room given was a fair walk and was quite far from the reception area with no assistance only verbal directions. It would've been nice to have had some assistance from staff. When we got to the room the sink plughole was blocked so I rang reception to get it fixed, didn't happen! Questioned reception duty staff and he lied and he said he had it fixed by maintenance when no one even came to look at it! This isn't the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard. Leaning over the bath to brush our teeth and everytime we needed to wash our hands after using the toilet we had to use the bathtub. Not sure I read anywhere but to use the swimming facilities the adults have to pay £10 fee. Other than that the hotel is near local shops/motorway as well.
