It’s a beautiful hotel full of history and close to all the landmarks. The service is professional. If you drive and need a carpark, make sure that you ask them for a discount daily pass.

제게는 완벽한 휴가였습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하게 청소되어 있었고 벌레도 없었습니다. 직원들은 투숙 기간 내내 친절한 태도를 유지했으며, 체크아웃 시 투숙객 만족도를 먼저 묻는 등 일관된 서비스 수준을 보여주었습니다. 객실은 침대, 샤워 타월, 종이컵 등 필수품만 갖춰진 간소한 구성이었습니다. 이러한 구성은 특히 몽생미셸을 방문하는 여행객과 같이 단기 투숙에 적합합니다. 조식은 빵, 계란, 차, 커피, 요구르트, 과일 등 기본적인 메뉴가 모두 제공되었습니다. 스크램블 에그는 자주 리필되어 언제든 먹을 수 있었습니다. 다만 치즈 위에 파리가 있는 것을 발견했는데, 이는 음식 위생에 더욱 신경 쓰면 더 나은 경험을 제공할 수 있을 것이라는 점을 시사합니다. 호텔에서 추천한 택시 서비스는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 기사님은 항상 몇 분 안에 도착했고, 영어로 의사소통도 원활했으며, WhatsApp으로도 연락이 가능했습니다. 짐 운반과 객실까지 모셔다 드리는 서비스도 제공되었고, 가격도 서비스 수준에 비해 합리적이었습니다. 연락처: +33 (0) 6 27 64 44 24 로비에 파리가 몇 마리 있었습니다. 이를 완전히 막기는 어렵겠지만, 추가적인 조치를 통해 전반적인 환경이 개선될 것입니다.

The hotel is chic and nice. The view and location is good too. Staff is very polite and helpful. Though The carpet looks a bit old. TV signal is not in function.

1. 위치: 생말로 구시가지 안에 있고 성벽, 관광안내센터, 해변, Flix버스정류장에서 가까움. 파리나 렌느 등에서 Flixbus 등으로 이동할 때 좋음. SNCF를 이용할 때는 버스나 택시를 이용하거나 20분정도 걸어야함. 2. 3성급 호텔로 방, 샤워룸 등은 매우 좁은 편. 3. 조식은 야채를 제외하고는 거의 다 있음(빵류, 계란, 치즈, 햄, 버터, 요거트, 과일-오렌지, 사과 등) 4. 리셉션: 매우 사무적

Conforme à nos attentes pour un best western, et un très belle accueil en plus! Facile de se garer à côté (réservation du parking privé non effectuée 😅), un très beau séjour!

On that cold and dark winter evebing, we were gracefully helped by phone by the reception lady in order to reach the hotel located within the pedestrian corner of the city. A beautiful Maison de Maître serves as the Edgar hôtel. Check-in was swift and pleasant, and we had access to an elevator for our humougous suitcases. We entered a beautifully-decorated and warm bedroom, and were nicely advised by our receptionist on which restaurant would be open for dinner (winter Sunday night). Had a resting sleep and a tasty breakfast. Only good things to say, basically. I want to emphasize here that we had a wheel chair accessible bedroom on the 1st floor (the hotel has 3), which I found interesting. The bathroom was all planned for wheel chair access. In case anyone here needs this type of facility, you can book Edgar hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Saint-Malo. It is a perfect choice for those who want to experience the authentic charm of the walled city. It is located right in the Old Town. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the city’s best creperies, ice cream shops, and the historic ramparts. The room features a lovely balcony which was a great surprise. While the elevator is small, it is functional and sufficient for the stay. The staff at the front desk are exceptionally warm and welcoming. I was even gifted some Easter chocolates, which was such a thoughtful and professional touch. Considering the location and the quality of the stay, the price is very reasonable and affordable. I am very satisfied with my choice and would definitely stay here again!

On this 25th and 26th of December, the owner/manager of Le Temps de Vivre welcomed us with open arms and helping hands to carry our heavy luggage. He took the time to tell us about the city, and advise us on dinner venues (on this Holiday). He also booked our 2nd dinner venue and gave us all recommendations to visit. Professional yet warm welcoming. And perfect British English accent, for those of you not French natives! The hotel itself is a beautiful old granite mansion from downtown, stuck between the historical center and the sea. Our bedroom overlooks the high and low tides, rocked by the waves and wind sound. It is extremely clean and we have ample amount of towels and robes… Recommended hotel by Winter which would obviously be great in Summer.

침실은 괜찮았고 매트리스도 편안해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 인트라무로스 지역에 대한 지도와 유용한 정보도 제공해 주었습니다. 하지만 개선이 필요한 부분도 몇 가지 있었습니다. 욕실 샤워기 헤드에 곰팡이가 피어 있어서 사용하기가 꺼려졌고, 레인 샤워는 쓸만했지만 수압이 약했습니다. 생말로의 바람 부는 날에는 따뜻한 물로 편안하게 샤워하기가 어려웠습니다. 조식은 평범했고 위생 상태도 좋지 않았습니다. 음식과 꿀에 파리가 앉는 것을 목격했습니다. 주전자가 제공되긴 했지만 제 방에 있는 주전자는 녹이 슬어 있어서 사용하기가 꺼려졌습니다. 전반적으로 실망스러웠습니다. 4성급 호텔이라는 점을 고려했을 때 가격 대비 만족스럽지 못했습니다.
