조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 콜롬비아 아틀란티코 호텔

The check in process was quick. We were looking forward to staying here as we just came in from Cartagena staying with Movich and It was wonderful. Unfortunately, the Movich in Barranquilla is tired. We walked up to our room and the hallway carpets were filthy. We booked a suite and it was a bunker. It had one small tiny window, which Looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The furniture in the room was worn. Dead plants and broken floor tiles. When you looked out the window, you saw no view and it looked  into rusty old Air-conditioning units. We did walk downstairs and refuse the room. I will say I felt like the hotel handled the situation. They gave us a higher floor suite the manager and two additional staff walked to the first room and the second room and acknowledged that needed to be clean better. They comped a dinner. Over the next couple of days you saw an effort to clean the floors because we could hear them vacuuming early in the mornings in the hallways. I will say that this hotels food was excellent. It was the best that we had in our 14 day stay in the country.

Very nice hotel, I rely on taxis to avoid driving in Barranquilla, driving is a different ballgame there. I had a hard time getting a cab to pick me up whenever I needed one, the waiting were too long.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Tienes restaurantes espectaculares alrededor. El personal es agradable y muy atento. La maquinaria del gimnasio está muy vieja exceptuando la bicicleta y la elíptica. Las habitaciones (al menos la que me tocó a mí). NO tenía ventilación ninguna. Y las cañerías del baño olían muy mal, esto hacía que la habitación oliera mal siempre. También se detecta a simple vista humedad en las habitaciones. Pero imagino que es debido a que ya lleva mucho tiempo y les hace falta una pequeña reforma. El resto todo muy bien. Repetiré sin duda sobre todo por la ubicación 🔝🔝

Mi estadía en el Hotel Windsor fue excelente. La habitación era espaciosa, moderna y muy limpia. La cama supercómoda, lo que me aseguró un descanso perfecto. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de buenos restaurantes y sitios de interés. Lo que más destaco es el personal, siempre muy amable y atento, haciéndote sentir bienvenido en todo momento. Sin duda, es una gran opción en Barranquilla por su calidad, comodidad y buen servicio. ¡Volveré!

Check in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.

Poca variedad en el desayuno y muy poco

1: 房間wifi信號很差，前兩天根本連不上wifi，房間手機信號也不好。 2: 空調遙控器壞了2次，中午開不了空調打電話前台等了半個小時才來人，而且是直接叫了個修理工來的，直接換了個新遙控器，晚上又用不了。 3: 房間非常奇怪 感覺很潮，被子枕頭都不乾爽，潮潮的。 4: 浴巾毛巾都是黃黃的，枕頭和被子也帶點黃色，感覺不太乾淨。 5: 前台説英語的都不是很熟練，我平台付完房費，過去還給我刷了一次房費，英語講不清，讓我刷卡我説是不是open credit，還説是給我刷了錢。後來打電話給我説給我刷錯錢了退回來的。 6: 員工倒是都很熱情，就是各方面感覺都差點意思，尤其是網不好對出差的非常避雷，郵件我都得去大堂發。
