조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 브라질 산타카타리나 호텔

A minha decepção foi com o atendimento da recepção. a gestão precisa treinar e capacitar melhor a equipe da recepção.O ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito e na segunda noite quebrou de madrugada.Fiquei hospedada por 7 dias e não esperava passar por isso em um hotel 4 estrelas ainda mais pagando uma tarifa elevada no réveillon. A piscina é uma delícia e o café da manhã é muito bom e a academia é pequena mais deu para usar.

호텔은 상당히 낡았고 접수원은 불쾌했습니다. 불행히도 체크인 당일 바에 가서 직원에게 라떼를 달라고 했습니다. 동시에 그녀는 갑자기 우리 대화를 중단한 무례한 남자에게 기다리라고 요청했습니다. 나는 직원이 오만하다고 느꼈기 때문에 결국 주문을 거부했습니다. 특히 그녀가 눈과 얼굴 표정으로 남자와 유혹했을 때. 저는 제 방의 창문이 이웃 건물의 창문과 너무 가까워서 관찰할 수 있다는 사실이 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 그래서 평화와 고요함이 부족했습니다. 저는 제 개인 공간이 침해당하고 있는 것처럼 끊임없이 느꼈습니다. 내가 호텔에 대해 좋아했던 유일한 것은 훌륭한 아침 식사 였지만 기계의 라떼는 매우 달콤했습니다.

호텔은 매우 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 리셉션 직원은 매우 좋았고 체크인 할 때 A1이었습니다. 방은 약간 실망했고, 취해지지 않은 물 한 병이었습니다. 이전 손님이 냉장고에 물건을 두고 갔고 하우스 키핑은 제거하지 않았습니다. 그들은 물과 내가 아무것도 없다고 단호하게 말한 다른 것에 대해 나에게 청구하려고 매우 빨리 시도했습니다. 그래서 그들은 요금을 제거했습니다. 그들은 방문객에게 2000 레이의 추가 요금이 부과된다고 조언하지만 그녀가 200을 의미한다고 확신합니다. 모든 돈 잡는 호텔이 이제 방문객에게 요금을 부과합니다. *****에서 다른 레스토랑을 사용하는 더 많은 이유. 마지막 순간이 아니라면 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다. 그러나 위치는 가격에 비해 믿을 수 없습니다.

I cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi. The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

로비는 넓고 스타일리시하며 아침 식사 옵션은 특별히 많지는 않지만 뜨거운 우유가 있습니다. 방 공간은 괜찮고 위생은 좋습니다. 웨이터는 따뜻하고 정중하며 매우 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크는 영어를 잘하지 못하지만 번역 소프트웨어를 사용하여 이해할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 좋습니다.

이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다! 프론트 데스크에서 영어를 구사하는 직원은 거의 없지만 정상적으로 의사 소통 할 수 있습니다. 객실 환경이 매우 마음에 듭니다. 체크인 당일 방에 손으로 쓴 편지와 작은 간식이 있습니다. 추천 추천!

Very good hotel for small money!!! Bit old but everything is working. I paid cheap 25e per night for two person with breakfast so for this price quality was excellent!!! If you dont expect too much for sure u gonna be happy!!!
