호텔 주변 환경은 정말 아름다웠습니다. 공항과 가깝지만 전혀 시끄럽지 않고, 교통도 매우 편리해서 어디든 쉽게 운전해서 갈 수 있습니다. 이탈리아 마을 같은 주변 명소와도 가깝고, 체크인을 도와주신 리셉션 직원분도 정말 친절했습니다. 특히 석양은 정말 숨 막힐 정도로 아름다웠습니다.

시설은 국내 비즈니스 호텔과 비슷한 정도로 비교적 심플했어요. 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔했지만, 전기 주전자, 세면도구, 슬리퍼는 없었어요 (외국 호텔은 보통 없는 것 같아요). 샴푸와 바디워시는 있었어요. 호텔 로비에 작은 탕비실이 있었는데, 커피와 뜨거운 물을 제공했지만 오전 7시부터 10시까지만 이용 가능했어요. 호텔에서 도보 5분 거리에 식당 몇 곳과 작은 슈퍼마켓이 있었어요. 저는 공항 경유 때문에 낮 시간을 보내야 해서 가격이 저렴한 이 호텔을 선택했고, 하룻밤 묵지는 않고 샤워하고 쉬었어요. 호텔에서는 정시마다 공항 셔틀버스를 운행했어요.

3박했습니다. 위치는 최고입니다. 눈앞의 오도리는 밤에도 걷기에 안전합니다. 근처에 타겟이라는 슈퍼가 있어 22:00까지 열려 있습니다.
Uber는 리셉션이있는 G 플로어 눈 앞에 도착합니다. 로비는 계단(또는 엘리베이터)로 1개 위로 올라갑니다.
그랜드 서클 투어를 위해 사전에 수하물을 보관할 수 없는지 이메일로 문의했습니다. 하루 5달러에 맡겼습니다.
아침 일찍부터 리셉션 앞에 커피 서비스가 있습니다.

호텔 위치는 해변 바로 옆이라 좋았어요. 객실은 2~3층에 있고, 옆에 유료 주차장이 있는데 하루에 30달러, 성수기에는 50달러입니다. 구시가지까지는 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요.

The location of the hotel is perfect for beach trips and freeway access to amusement parks in the area. We stayed with young children and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the toiletries and towels were well supplied. I rated a 4 on amenities because the room had a coffee maker but no refrigerator or microwave. That made it a little challenging with the young children for snacks and drinks. The parking was convenient and easy to enter and exit the property. The indoor pool facilities were nice and accommodating with towels, a shower and restrooms that had a changing station for diapering young children. We would come back and stay again.

객실은 괜찮고, 침대는 1.8m 높이의 침대 두 개가 아주 크고, 샴푸는 도브 대용량 병으로 되어 있습니다. 위치도 좋고, 지우취 화원까지 걸어서 10분 정도, 주변 지역까지는 5분 정도 걸립니다. 괜찮은 다이 레스토랑도 여러 곳 있고, 주차는 무료입니다. 객실 청소가 필요하면 프런트에 말씀하시면 됩니다.

Clean and spacious king room with a balcony and a great view of the ocean. Very comfy beds and pillows, AC and TV was quick to work with. Walkable to the town, park and beach. Downside to this Best Western is the $10 parking a night and breakfast is not included unlike other BW. You'll have to purchase a breakfast voucher. But the Café is quite good.

요세미티 남문과 아주 가깝고 주변에 다양한 식당들이 있어서 정말 편리했어요. 방은 매우 넓고 깨끗했으며, 시설도 아주 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 냉장고, 전자레인지, 커피 머신, 금고까지 다 있었고, 욕실은 건습 분리형이라 세면과 용변을 따로 볼 수 있어 편리했습니다. 방도 매우 깨끗했어요. 아침 식사는 전형적인 미국식 조식으로, 종류는 많지 않지만 배불리 먹을 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 가성비가 좋았어요!

객실과 가구가 좀 낡았지만, 시설은 완비되어 있고 환경이 매우 아름다워요. 특히 만 전망은 최고예요. 아침저녁으로 경치를 감상할 수 있고 위생 상태도 양호합니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았지만 종류가 한정적이었고, 직원들은 무난하게 친절했습니다.

리리뷰어My wife and I visited Catalina Island for our 28th anniversary — our first time back since before we were married in 1997. We chose the Catalina Canyon Inn specifically for the pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, and shuttle service. Their website is very nice and seemed like a perfect match for the occasion. Unfortunately, very little matched what was advertised.
Shuttle: The shuttle was not waiting at the Catalina Express port when we arrived on the last ferry Saturday evening which was unexpected. Four of us were left waiting in the dark for about 20 minutes until the other couple called the hotel. The driver was friendly and apologized, but this set the tone for the weekend. The shuttle was consistently unreliable throughout our stay. They tell you to call the driver directly, but he often didn't answer. You'd end up having to call the hotel instead, and the shuttle only seemed to come after someone went inside and told the front desk in person. At one point we waited 45 minutes. Some guests got frustrated and just decided to walk, but the hotel sits at the top of a steep hill — not a realistic option, especially for older guests like us. Their website suggests the shuttle runs regularly, but that was far from our experience.
Restaurant: We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM Saturday and were turned away, even though their website says they're open until 8:00 PM. We had to rush down the hill to find dinner to-go in town before the shuttle stopped running at 8:45. It was a shame we didn't even have time to stay and eat on our anniversary or face having to trek up that hill. The next morning I mentioned this to the restaurant owner, who insisted they closed at 8:00 and that she was there. She then told us the restaurant closes at 2:00 PM on Sundays — so dinner there that night wasn't an option either. She was very friendly though I must say. On Monday we finally had breakfast before checkout. The food was mediocre and didn't match the glowing reviews at all. The prices were also odd — $12 for mozzarella sticks, $20 for nachos, but only $11 for pulled pork sliders, which you'd expect to be the pricier item. The pricing just didn't add up. While we were there, another couple was turned away at 1:30 PM because the restaurant closes from 2–4 on Mondays. We could feel their frustration.
Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi we were looking forward to was covered up and converted into a gazebo with chairs. At first we couldn't find it but yea. No mention of this on the website.
Room issues: The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The front desk told us we can mention it to housekeeping, who didn't come until after 5:00 PM. We got the soap and a couple fresh towels. The towels themselves were thin and didn't dry well overnight so fresh ones were sorely needed to get at least one shower in with soap before we had to leave the next day. The TV didn't work at all, and the microwave was unplugged — though I was able to fix that myself. The hotel also doesn't offer complimentary coffee, which is standard at most hotels we've stayed at for half the price.
The good: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the balcony was a nice touch. The room was quiet.
Bottom line: The website gives a very different impression than what you actually get. Between the unreliable shuttle, limited and unpredictable restaurant hours, missing amenities, thin towels, and no coffee, this was not the anniversary experience we hoped for. I'd recommend staying somewhere closer to downtown so you're not dependent on a shuttle and stuck with limited options. I think we need to redo our anniversary. It was a miss for sure.

익익명 사용자호텔은 반도에 위치하고 있으며 전면과 후면이 만과 가깝고 경치가 아름답습니다. 시내에서 몇 킬로미터 떨어져 있어 쇼핑과 식사를 위해 운전하는 것이 편리합니다. 아래층에 하루에 30칼의 주차장이 있습니다. 프론트 데스크 서비스는 매우 좋았고 체크인은 매우 빨랐습니다. 객실 시설은 약간 낡았으며 바다가 보이는 작은 발코니가 있습니다. 욕실은 일반적으로 깨끗했지만 욕실에 바퀴벌레가 발견되었습니다.

MMcIntoshPatricia나는 개가 덜 좋을 것이라고 생각합니다. 방에 전자 레인지뿐만 아니라 커피 ☕️ 냄비와 함께 도움이 될 것이며 다리미는 말할 것도 없습니다. 그 외에는 KIKI 관리자가 대화하기 쉽고 듣고 훌륭한 서비스를 제공합니다.

AAllgo𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱. I stayed there for 2 weeks, working from home during the day, going out at night. Pros:
- excellent value for the comfort and amenities at under $65/night
- great desk & comfortable chair for laptop work
- nice modern Philips large-screen TV you can connect to via HDMI
- the Internet was ok (~10Mbps) but disconnected daily (reconnecting the WiFi restored it)
- pretty quiet considering the proximity to the freeway: just white noise, haven't heard any revving or sirens
- walls don't provide much sound insulation but I've heard only ONE neighbor conversation during my 2-week stay. It did help that I chose a room on the top floor, and next to the janitorial room (#522)
- the wall-mounted A/C was surprisingly quiet, and heating worked fast
- ventilation was okay if you keep the window open about 1ft
- only saw 3 flying insects, and a crawling one in the shower
- clean room, only found a few hair strands in the shower
- mini-fridge was quiet and held a week's worth of food
- great use of space: 4 large drawers, rack with clothes hangers, space for suitcases to be out of the way, 2 mirrors
- the staff was very kind of provide a microwave, can opener, paper plates
- pool was clean
- two hot tubs were great, and MUCH cleaner than my friend's who stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott next door
- coin-operated laundry on site ($2.50 + $2.50 W/D, $1.50 laundry soap)
- nice landscaping and you could smell eucalyptus trees
Neutral:
- the pool/hot tub area closed at 10pm
- there's nothing to do in the walkable area (just other hotels), but North Park is only a $10 Uber ride away, and the Fashion Mall is right across the freeway
- construction in front of the lobby should be finished by the end of 2025
Cons:
- gym was tiny and lacking: only 4 cardio machines (one elliptical that felt awkward) and one cable station with fixed cable points; no free weights, towels, or watercooler cups

리리뷰어Cute and quaint stay. The hot tub and pool were still not functioning during our stay, which was a disappointment for the kids. Other nice amenities for this area were that there was cable tv in the room and Wi-Fi available which other hotels I’ve stayed at in this area did not offer. I did not realize this hotel was actually located across the street from the water so it’s not actually waterfront as I had anticipated mentally when I thought about where The Tides was located. It’s still a very nice location and very close by to The Tides, though. I would stay here again.

리리뷰어위치는 해변과 가까워서 좋습니다. 호텔 자체는 국내 특급 호텔과 비슷하며, 에어컨과 환풍기가 매우 시끄럽습니다. 주차가 더 편리하지만 1박당 21달러를 지불해야 합니다. 또 이상한 점은 호텔 내 로비에서 객실까지 차가 직접 갈 수 없다는 점인데, 체크인 후 로비에 주차한 뒤 대로변으로 차를 몰고 가서 객실 주차 공간으로 가셔야 합니다.
전체적인 가격 대비 가치는 높지 않습니다. 아침 식사는 꽤 좋았습니다.
