호텔은 완벽한 위치에 있으며 많은 레스토랑, 바 및 관광 명소와 가깝습니다. 리셉션 직원은 친절하고 도움이되며 객실은 깨끗합니다. 호텔을 표시하는 한 가지는 아침 식사가 좋지 않다는 것입니다. 커피 차갑고, 우리 2 일과 3 일 동안 차의 선택 만 과일이나 녹색이었습니다. 우리는 첫날에 있었던 것처럼 영국식 아침 차 또는 얼 그레이가 있는지 물었지만 권장하지 않았습니다. 객실에서 첫날 abd에 사용할 수 있었던 것처럼 이상한. 우리는 3 일째에 방에서 얼 그레이를 샀다. 우리가 폴란드에 머물렀던 다른 호텔에 비해 뷔페는 매우 제한적이며 뜨겁지 않습니다. 아침 식사와 같은 수치심은 호텔의 나머지 표준과 일치하지 않습니다.

호텔의 위치는 구시가지에 있지만 시끄럽지 않아 좋습니다. 호텔은 매우 좋은 상태를 유지하고 있으며 넓은 객실, 완벽한 시설, 풍성한 아침 식사를 제공합니다. 직원들은 매우 정중합니다. 인근 명소에는 레스토랑과 바, 슈퍼마켓, 약국, 기념품 가게가 밀집해 있습니다. 폴란드 음식, 일본 음식, 태국 음식, 중국 음식, 모두 가능합니다. 와푸의 No.1 중화요리 '차이니즈 스타일'을 추천합니다. 두 번이나 그곳에서 식사를했는데 집에서 만든 두부는 필수입니다.

기차로 도착하면 도보로 매우 가까운 주요 기차역 바로 바깥에 매우 멋진 호텔, 트램이나 버스를 타고 시내 중심 및 기타 명소까지 몇 분 이내에 도착할 수있는 길 건너편에 많은 트램과 버스 정류장이 있습니다.많은 카페 그리고 근처에있는 레스토랑 이므로 somehtung을 먹기 위해 오랫동안 걸을 필요가 없었습니다. 객실은 매우 편안했고 가장 중요한 것은 에어컨이 이른 아침부터 30도 이상 이었기 때문에이 장소에 대한 최고의 것이 었습니다. 방에서 약간의 열을 느끼지 못하여 편안하게 잠을 잘 수있었습니다. 메인 역과 도심까지 매우 가까운 브로츠와우에 머무르는 가장 저렴한 장소 중 하나 였기 때문에 매우 좋은 가치의 적자 돈, 우크라이나 청소 직원이 제공하는 서비스 품질에만 관심이 있습니다. 우크라이나어

브로츠와프에 좋은 옵션입니다. 중앙에 있지는 않지만 도보로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔은 훌륭하고 좋은 스파가 있으며 방은 매우 편안합니다. Lalique 샤워 젤과 샴푸를 좋아했습니다. 직원은 친절하고 환영 음료는 플러스이며 아침 식사는 좋습니다. 그것은 당신의 마음을 날려 버리지 않지만 당신은 행복할 것입니다.

Lovely little hotel in a perfect location . Rooms nothing fancy but clean and well thought out. 24 hr bar was useful , although not a big selection of drinks we used it on our first evening after arriving. We didnt book breakfast but plenty cafes and bakeries around, we visited Jolie Brasserie twice and sat in the park ( after the opera house) with fresh rolls, coffee and pastries twice . The location is perfect for the market square . We also visited the little square behind the opera house and wandered down towards the canal to Domek and Fosa a lovely little bar/ restaurant. Wasabi is a busy bar and resturant outside the hotel with great cocktails . Hotel kept our cases on our last day as we had a late flight.

We spent 1 night at Arche Hotel at tgecrbd of April 2023. The hotel is the closest to the airport, easily reached on foot or one bus stop from the terminal. It is a recent and modern property, quite anonymous from outside but with nice American industrial loft style inside! Our standard room was quite nice, though not the largest, with a kettle and 2 bottles of water on offer. The bathroom is quite small but functional for a short stay. Breakfast is really wonderful considering the hotel category: you get a really rich buffet plus hot dishes made to order, a really nice touch! Staff are all very young nice and professional . The best choice for an early departure or late arrival into Wroclaw and very convenient to reach che city centre by bus, the stop is just opposite the hotel!

This should be a good hotel, but... Air conditioner didn't work on the hottest day (34 Celsius outside!). In days it has worked it was very weak and not sufficient. It was impossible to have a siesta rest. Location very good, staff friendly, but our vacation was not perfect. Too bad!

Hotel 5 of 6 on my eurotrip The welcome at reception was average at best, nothing really wrong but nothing special either. The biggest issue I had with this hotel and what seems to be a common occurrence with a lot of hotels these days is the lack of servicing rooms for the duration of your stay for ”the environments sake”. I'm sorry but I'd rent an apartment if I wanted to have to make up my own bed and deal with my rubbish everyday. Part of the whole hotel experience is having fresh towels and your bed made up, you shouldn't need to ask at reception if you require it. The room itself was fine. I stayed in a superior room on the 6th floor which had a lovely balcony which was not accessible but I could look out at it and admire it. The room had all the basics plus a trouser press, iron, safe tea coffee etc and a fridge with water which you can replenish yourself at reception. Bathroom was nice with a bath and separate powerful shower plus a timed heater. Breakfast was tasty and to be honest the choice was excellent and the staff worked hard to welcome guests and keep everything in order at the same time. Location wise it's not bad, a decent walk from Wroclaw glowny and the same again to Rynek. I had dinner one night in ”Stockholm” and the chicken salad was great but the ribeye was seriously fatty and not good. There really isn't any other options around the area for late night eats except for kebabs so I think the hotel is really missing a trick here by not staying open later and having more variety on the menu. Overall it was fine but the lack of servicing the rooms means it shouldn't class itself as a hotel anymore but more of an aparthotel with benefits. And yes the building work that was mentioned in previous reviews is still going on!

I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Hill with my family. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work out too well for us, but that doesn't change the fact, that the stay itself was nice. I don't understand some of the reviews here. Some people would rather have caviar and a red carpet, or I don't know. Don't be discouraged. The place is really nice, with lots of activities, good food, excellent wellness services, beautiful and clean accommodation (modern). A place for couples but also families with children. A beautiful playground is also available. I can definitely RECOMMEND it for myself and my family. Excellent rest! :) Thank you! Best regards, Veronika from Czechia

WARNING: Tempted by a holiday offer, I booked a package for a week at the Kyriad Karkonosze hotel for a family of 4 in a superior room as shown in the image below (2 single beds and a double sofa bed). Upon arrival, it turned out that we were accommodated in a 3-person room (2 single beds and one single sofa bed). In addition, there were only 3 sets of bed linen and 3 sets of towels prepared in the room. Furthermore, it turned out that the room presented on the Kyriad Karkonosze booking page is not a superior room at all (!). Since it turned out that there was not enough sleeping space for one person after our arrival, we filed a complaint. Unfortunately, the hotel staff refused to refund the reservation (over 1300 PLN). Therefore, please be careful when booking any room at Kyriad Karkonosze and make sure you have 100% guaranteed the appropriate number of sleeping places - do not rely on the photos on the website, as you may be greatly disappointed on site, as happened to us, which I wish on no one. Below I present photos of the room, which, as it turns out, is incorrectly marked as superior on the Kyriad Karkonosze hotel booking website. Ladies and gentlemen, this is not what a superior room looks like, as admitted by the hotel staff. Why then does the hotel mislead its potential customers by presenting a 4-person room for sale, and selling a 3-person room in reality?

Radisson level hotel. Parking is outside, rooms are modern but sometimes there are some smaller issues ( not working plug, switching off the electricity every hour…). We had room 402 with whirpool, room was big and comfortable, two bathrooms, lovely views. While the hotel is full, wellness can be pretty crowded, but my son loved the water slides and heated pool. Sauna part is from 16+. Lunch from menu was amazing, dinners in buffet style were not so great. Breakfasts were average. Stuff was very friendly and was trying to help a lot…

I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

Our family stayed in apartament deluxe. It was spacious and clean but very basic. We did not understand why the closet was situated in the kitchen. There was no closet in the bedroom. We did not cook so I am not sure how well the kitchen is equipped. The hotel is very nice, there are two restaurants open during the weekend. The Blue restaurant was OK but the Green restaurant was very small and crowded which made us uncomfortable. The food was good. We were not happy with the animation program.

The elderly receptionist was already unpleasant at check-in. I ordered wine for the room as a gift, we didn't get an opener for it, at least it was on ice. The room was clean but already older furniture, more like a 3* to 4* room. There is no safe in the room. Unfortunately, we didn't try the spa for health reasons, so I can't rate it. What was absolutely terrible, however, were the dinners. Waiting an hour for food when the restaurant is empty is horrible. Happened two nights out of three, the third we preferred to go out to eat. No apologies, no reason for waiting so long, nothing. This ruined the overall impression of the stay. Not recommended.

…wir waren über Ostern im Hotel Gwarna. Das Hotel hat einiges zu bieten. Schöner Pool in der 5 Etage sowie eine Sauna. Es gibt Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Tennis, Tischtennis, Bowling und einiges mehr. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Frühstück ist gut. Aber es gibt nicht genug Platz. Wenn großer Andrang ist, muss man anstehen, und man sitzt fast immer mit anderen Gästen am Tisch, weil es nur große Tische gibt. Auch hier sind die Mädels mit allem überfordert. Man kann auch gut im Hotel zu Abend essen, allerdings muss man sich auf lange Wartezeiten einstellen. Die Mädels sind bemüht aber völlig orientierungslos und überfordert. Was noch viel Potenzial nach oben hat ist die teilweise die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Manche sehr nett, manche ignorant und planlos. Die Stadt Legnica hat eher nicht viel zu bieten. Parkhaus vorhanden zum günstigen Preis.
