The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view — every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent Wi-Fi connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay — from recommending local attractions to assisting with transportation. If you're staying in Kathmandu, this hotel is a good choice. The best thing about it is that it's a new hotel (opening in 2024). Everyone, including the staff, spa staff, and breakfast staff, is very cooperative. including the showers and toilets in the rooms, Wi-Fi, electronic key cards, and internet TV. I'm sorry to say that other hotels tend to be a little older, with broken, slightly dirty, or non-working electronic devices. While it's true that that can't compare to newer facilities. 酒店距離大巴下車位置1公里，預訂之後給我發了2個郵件📧其中一個郵件是告知注意事項，反正有電話號碼，下車給酒店打電話來接我，沒3分鐘就騎個摩託來接我了。房間還可以，在尼泊爾鄉村這個價位就不要挑三揀四，熱水不錯，洗髮水毛巾香皂牙刷都有配，吹風機和熱水要和老闆要，服務很熱情，總體來説不錯。但是這個酒店距離主街有1公里，如果外面吃飯不是很方便，需要預訂的朋友要注意，另外便宜的房間是沒空調的，又另外收了我40人民幣變成了有空調的房間。

The room made a decent first impression and did the bare minimum. But, it quickly became clear that it’s best suited for a very short stay. The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, the room is fine if you’re just passing through, but anything longer starts to feel like stretching it. Staff presence around the hotel was limited. They clearly run on a lean operation, which can go either way. The guard in front of the elevator stood out in the best possible way and added a genuinely warm, human touch, which helped balance things out. At check-in, I was given two complimentary cocktail coupons for the upstairs bar, which immediately lifted my spirits. This was a place I had enjoyed many times before and often recommended to friends and family. I had good memories of the atmosphere, the food, and the general vibe, so I went in with high hopes. In the past I had written raving 5-star reviews of their restaurant food and amazing service! Unfortunately, the experience that followed didn’t live up to those expectations. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night out unraveled into confusion and unwelcoming interactions. Small moments piled up, the mood shifted, and it became clear that the experience had gone off the rails. Rather than force it, my group and I decided to take our time and money elsewhere. Sometimes you read the room and move on. I returned to the hotel later that night and stayed over. Took a hot shower in the morning, loved the smell of their body wash, btw! Another brief interaction during checkout reinforced the same theme: rigid, abrupt, and lacking the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome. All in all, it’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed and freely recommended lose its consistency and warmth. I’m no longer comfortable recommending it, and I’m not sure I would choose to return. As for the unused cocktail coupon, I still have it. Any takers?

VERY GOOD STAFF AND KIND BEST PLACE TO STAY IN CITY

위치좋음 치야센터랑도 바로가깝고 방에서시티뷰좋음 매우친절 특히 1층 일식 레스토랑 맛있음 람쉐프 친절 방이 매우 작음 특히 현관 바로 앞이 침대라 복도소리 옆방소리 잘 들림 체크아웃전에 직원이 벨누름 조식은 깔끔한스타일 갈때까지 직원들 매우 친절함 헬스장은작음 서비스 음료주셨는데 방값이 비싸서준듯ㅎ

공항으로부터 30분 정도의 타멜 지구에 있습니다. 호텔 구내에 들어가려면 문번이 있는 **트를 지나옵니다. 아임 부킹이라고하면 문제없이 통과할 수 있습니다. 접수를 하게 하는 방에는 종업원이 안내해 줍니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 어메니티, Wi-Fi 완비, 콘센트도 2곳 있었습니다. 우연히 모르겠지만 냉장고가 없는 것이 유감이었습니다. 호텔에는 레스토랑, 바, 마사지, 이발소가있었습니다. 호텔 밖에는 레스토랑, 마사지, 식당, 기념품 가게, 술집이 있습니다. 또한 호텔을 나오면 택시가 기다리고 있기 때문에 언제든지 멀리 나갈 수 있습니다. 달바르 광장에는 걸어서 15분 정도이므로 거리를 즐기면서 가려면 추천합니다.

우리는 일출을 보기 위해 1박만 머물렀는데 불행하게도 리조트가 있는 산에서도 구름/오염 수준이 많았습니다. 우리는 그곳에서 늦은 밤까지 맥주를 마시며 게임을 하며 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 한 가지 실망스러운 점은 수영장이 온수 수영장이라는 소식을 들었지만 전혀 난방이 되지 않아서 그곳에서 수영을 할 수 없었다는 것입니다. 호텔은 또한 AC가 있는 편리한 트럭을 타고 호텔에서 공항까지 택시 서비스를 제공합니다! 전반적으로 좋습니다
