My sincere thanks go especially to the entire Breakfast Service Team, whose energy, warmth, and attention to detail made every morning a true pleasure. Every day started on a high note thanks to their dedication. I would like to make special mention of Ms. Usha from the breakfast team. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests stood out beautifully. She went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met with a smile — a true asset to your hotel. I am also deeply grateful to Ms. Seeta from the housekeeping team. Her meticulous attention to cleanliness, timely service, and quiet, thoughtful manner made my stay comfortable and stress-free. the staff was amazing, check in was smooth and easy, the breakfast had a lot of variety and the rooftop bar has amazing views, would stay here again next time when we’re back, thanks Shangri-La Bangalore

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 인도에서의 첫 번째 체류와 Chancery Hotel에서의 놀라운 숙박! 나는 6명의 학생들과 함께 여기에 머물렀고 우리가 도착한 순간부터 우리는 최고 수준의 환대를 받았습니다. 직원들은 미소로 우리를 환영하고 문을 열고 수하물을 도왔고 개인적으로 모든 것을 방 문으로 배달했습니다. 처음부터 끝까지 정말 인상적인 서비스입니다. 객실은 조용하고 깨끗하며 매우 편안합니다. 훌륭한 침대, 현대적인 욕실, 긴 하루를 보낸 후 휴식을 취할 수 있는 욕조까지 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 아침 식사는 또 다른 하이라이트였습니다! 다양한 인도 음식과 일본 옵션도 있습니다. 즐거운 놀라움과 절대적으로 맛있습니다. 호텔에는 체육관도있어 모든 좋은 음식을 태우기에 적합합니다. 😂💪. 위치적으로는 이보다 더 좋을 수 없습니다. MG Road는 도보 거리에 있으며 근처에 많은 레스토랑, 상점 및 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 식사, 쇼핑 및 이동은 모두 매우 편리했습니다. 전반적으로 Chancery Hotel은 신뢰할 수 있고 돈을 위해 훌륭한 가치이며 적극 권장됩니다. 입구, 프론트 데스크, 레스토랑, 하우스 키핑에 이르기까지 모든 직원에게 큰 소리로 외쳤습니다. 여러분 중 한 명은 친절하고 전문적이며 항상 웃고 있습니다. 👍👏. 관리, 당신은 정말로 멋진 팀을 가지고 있습니다 ... 그들은 인상받을 자격이 있습니다! 😄 인도에서의 첫 경험을 잊지 못할 추억으로 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다 🇮🇳❤️

Great hotel with varieties of breakfast. Staffs are welcoming and friendly from the security to the receptionist, bellman and housekeeper.. Location is easy access to shopping area..

전반적으로 꽤 괜찮고 편안했지만, 수건을 비롯한 비품들이 조금 낡아 보였습니다. 라디슨의 일관된 품질을 유지하려면 모든 비품을 교체하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

I highly recommend booking a high floor room or suite, as the ulsoor lake is given its full justice from such a vantage point. The view and facilities are truly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious, however the interior design gives off a cozy and comfortable yet chic vibe that puts you at ease contrary to the usual overstimulating and loud atmosphere of most breakfast buffet service. The one negative moment I had at check, as I had been trying to contact the property’s front desk for two days asking for a possible early check in, I even tried the their cool iPhone messaging feature, however all my messages went unanswered. When a friend of mine was finally able to reach the front desk they told her such a request was subjective to type of guest or room. This is certainly not the best phrasing. I was surprised that when I finally did arrive, and through out my stay the front desk was always manned by atleast 4 helpful attendants so I was a bit disappointed knowing my calls and messages went unnoticed. Perhaps there was a wedding requiring all hands on deck as it is the season. Anyway I would recommend the Conrad for anyone’s trip to Bangalore, family and business men alike.

The hotel was at good location The room as was expected. It was well organized, well maintained and specious . The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, few things expected from the hotel that charge so much, like shower cabinet was not clean , mirror had spots, overall cleaning looked compromised. Hair dryer is missing , and the one provided was loose wires and missing switch . The breakfast is cold , if you dont go early . It is not kept warm after it is cooked.

Hotel is well maintained to keep the Mysore Palace look… staff is friendly and attend to visitor needs on priority…. Taste of food is good… play of traditional music gives touch of culture… perfect premium place for stay for Indian families and foreign visitors

장점: 객실이 넓습니다. 단점: 하우스 키핑, 레스토랑 및 리셉션에 직원이 거의 없습니다. 팀은 훈련되지 않았습니다. 뷔페 아침과 저녁 식사는 맛이없고 평균 품질입니다. 셰프는 훈련을 받지 않고 삼바는 달처럼 만들어졌으며 삼바처럼 보이지도 맛도 없습니다. 음식은 돈을 쓸 가치가 없습니다. 나는 방에 다리미판을 요청했고 하우스 키핑은 우리가 다리미가 충분하지 않고 관리가 열악하다는 변명으로 1 시간이 걸렸습니다.
