바 시설을 갖춘 스페인 카탈루냐 호텔

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

솔직히 이 호스텔은 기대 이상이었습니다. 당일 기차 취소로 바르셀로나에 머물게 되어 급하게 예약한 곳이었어요. 주변에서 가장 저렴한 곳이라 사실 별 기대가 없었는데, 막상 체크인하고 보니 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 침대가 깨끗했고, 룸메이트들도 매너가 아주 좋아서 시끄럽게 떠드는 사람이 아무도 없었어요. 체크인과 체크아웃도 매우 편리했습니다. 사그라다 파밀리아에서도 멀지 않은 좋은 위치에 있었고, 가성비가 최고였습니다.

훌륭한 호텔 아주 편안하고 깨끗한 객실, 풍성한 아침 식사. 호텔은 바다와 슈퍼마켓에서 멀지 않습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 강력 추천합니다.

저희가 스페인에서 묵었던 숙소 중 최고였습니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절하셨어요. 아나스, 라켈, 세바스찬 같은 몇몇 분들의 이름만 기억나지만, 프런트 데스크, 컨시어지, 하우스키핑, 조식 담당 직원 등 호텔의 모든 분들이 저희를 정말 환영해주시고 편안하게 해주셨습니다. 예를 들어, 세바스찬은 저희가 로비에서 짐을 다시 꾸리는 것을 보고는 저희가 요청하기도 전에 가위를 가져다주셨어요. 매일 외출하고 돌아올 때마다 모든 직원분들이 저희에게 인사를 건네주셨습니다. 저희는 그들을 통해 스페인 사람들의 따뜻한 환영과 친절함을 진정으로 느꼈습니다. 바르셀로나의 다른 호텔들보다 가격이 조금 더 비쌀 수도 있지만, 이 호텔을 예약하게 되어 정말 기쁩니다. 하우스키핑은 하루에 두 번 하는 것 같았어요 (매일 저녁 침대에 초콜릿을 놓아두는데 정말 스윗했습니다). 하우스키핑 팀은 저희가 여행에 가지고 온 작은 베개에도 향수를 뿌려주셨어요 (지금까지 다른 호텔에서는 이런 서비스는 받아본 적이 없습니다). 한 가지 더 추가하자면, 호텔 샤워실이 전체 유리로 되어 있어서 프라이버시가 부족했습니다. 이 사실을 미리 알지 못하고 체크인 후에야 알게 되었죠. 아나스와 그의 팀이 다음 날 저희를 위해 프라이버시 필름을 붙여주셔서 더 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 아쉬운 점은 호텔 내 미슐랭 스타 레스토랑이 일요일부터 화요일까지 문을 닫아서 이용해볼 수 없었다는 것입니다. 조식은 매일 같았지만 괜찮았습니다. 바르셀로나에 다시 방문하게 된다면 이 호텔에 분명 다시 묵을 것입니다. 그라시아스 팀 올라 바르셀로나! 100/100

호텔 위치가 좋아서 주변에 레스토랑이 많고 지하철 노선도 여러 개 있습니다. 팔라우 데 라 무시카, 고딕 지구, 카사 바트요, 카사 밀라까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 객실은 크지는 않지만 지낼 만합니다. 욕실은 작지만 사용하기에는 불편함이 없습니다. 킹사이즈 침대는 더블 침대 두 개를 붙여 놓은 것이고 침구는 편안합니다. 조식은 오전 7시 30분부터 제공됩니다. 아침에 다른 일정이 있다면 조식이 포함되지 않은 객실을 예약할 수도 있습니다. 하지만 호텔 조식은 신선한 오렌지 주스, 다양한 치즈와 빵, 절인 연어 등 꽤 푸짐하게 제공됩니다. 마지막 날에는 기차를 타야 해서 아침 식사할 시간이 없었기 때문에 미리 호텔에 알려서 기차에서 먹을 수 있도록 포장해 달라고 부탁했습니다. 이 호텔은 마드리드에서 묵었던 호텔처럼 '카탈로니아 호텔 앤 리조트' 그룹에 속해 있으며, 두 호텔 모두 만족스러운 경험이었습니다.

아름다운 마을에 위치한 멋진 호텔입니다. 해변 바로 앞에 있고 넓은 산책로도 있습니다. 아침 식사도 훌륭하고 객실도 잘 꾸며져 있습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 강력 추천하며 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

호텔 위치가 편리해서 모든 곳을 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 직원들도 친절합니다. 스파는 추가 요금이 있으며 14세 이상만 이용 가능합니다(정확한 연령은 기억나지 않네요). 하지만 가장 중요한 점은 어린아이들에게는 적합하지 않다는 것입니다. 잠시 묵어가는 곳으로 추천하고, 산책하기에도 좋습니다.

방은 넓었고, 바르셀로나 기차역 바로 옆에 위치해 있었습니다. 역 근처라 치안 걱정을 할 수도 있었지만, 호텔 1층에 경비원이 상주하여 안심할 수 있었습니다. 다만, 유럽 여행 시에는 항상 조심하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

10년 전 바르셀로나의 유로호텔(이 지점이 아님)에 묵었는데, 시내에서 조금 멀리 떨어져 있다는 점을 제외하면 아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 이번에는 객실과 시설이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 버스를 이용한다면 위치가 완벽했습니다. 많은 버스가 가장 가까운 버스 정류장을 지나가는데, 호텔에서 도보 3분 거리이고 대부분 플라자 에스파냐에 정차하기 때문입니다. 그렇지 않으면 두 정거장 떨어진 지하철을 이용할 수 있습니다. 호텔 근처에는 레스토랑이 없지만 두 정거장 떨어진 유로파·피라 지하철역에 선택할 만한 레스토랑이 많습니다. 객실에 주전자와 차/커피 시설이 없었고, 샤워 시설도 매우 형편없었습니다. 직원들은 친절했습니다. 객실에 제공된 샤워젤이 너무 작았는데, 냄새가 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 헤어 퍼밍 용액 냄새가 났습니다.
