Clean central hotel, with comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms on 8th floor quiet, which is unusual. Poor WiFi reception and limited breakfast. Good for short stays only. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The Sunrise Alex Avenue hotel was a very enjoyable stay. The service we received was excellent, the rooms were kept clean and nothing was too much to ask. The only improvement I could suggest is to be more clear about the dining options available in half board. Only the buffet menu is included but this was contradicted when we rang reception to ask if we were able to dine in the a la carte restaurant within our half board. They told us we could but when we sat down to eat, we were told that this was incorrect. Maybe an information book/QR code in the room with this kind of information on would be helpful.

호텔 위치 때문인지 다른 이유 때문인지는 모르겠지만 택시기사가 나를 찾지 못한다. 호텔 자체가 꽤 오래된 편이고, 힐튼으로서는 국내 호텔과 비교할 수 없습니다. 문앞의 보안 검색이 매우 이상했습니다. 이틀 동안 머물면서 처음에는 사용하지 않았습니다. 그러다 갑자기 보안 검색을 요청했는데 기준이 일치하지 않는다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 방은 괜찮았고 목욕물도 꽤 편안했습니다. 호텔 자체는 상업지구에 있는 것 같고 근처에서 쇼핑과 식사가 비교적 편리합니다.

Отель новый, отличный. Но когда я бронировала на фото был другой корпус, а по факту заселили в другой. Такой уровень отеля, но в номере неглаженные шторы и нет халатов.

I was not happy with the furniture being too old. The internet was very poor. The private beach was closed due to maintenance. We were unlucky at the time we stayed

수영장이 보이는 객실로 변경이 가능해져서 조용하고 평화로운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 작은 단점은 바닥을 개조하는 중이어서 복도에서 페인트 냄새가 강하게 났습니다. Windsor Palace의 아침 식사와 비슷합니다. 안타깝게도 모든 접시는 플라스틱 필름으로 덮여 있습니다.

J'ai récemment séjourné pendant deux jours au Four Seasons d'Alexandrie et mon expérience a été absolument merveilleuse. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été impressionné par la magnifique décoration de l'hôtel, inspirée des années 1800. Chaque détail, des meubles aux luminaires, évoque une élégance classique qui m'a transporté dans une autre époque. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un accès direct à un centre commercial, ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour faire du shopping sans quitter le confort de l'établissement. De plus, l'intérieur de l'hôtel est orné de nombreux tableaux, ajoutant à l'ambiance artistique et raffinée des lieux. Mais ce qui a véritablement rendu mon séjour exceptionnel, c'est le personnel. Chaque membre de l'équipe était souriant, très accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Leur attention aux détails et leur désir de rendre votre séjour aussi agréable que possible sont vraiment remarquables. Je recommande vivement le Four Seasons d'Alexandrie à quiconque cherche une expérience hôtelière de luxe avec une touche historique. C'est un endroit où beauté, confort et hospitalité se rencontrent harmonieusement.

직원들이 전반적으로 매우 친절하고 서비스도 좋습니다. 위치도 알렉산드리아도서관, 콰이트베이 중간에 위치해 좋고 지중해가 한 눈에 보이는 전망도 훌륭합니다. 하지만 한 가지 불쾌한 경험을 했습니다. 세탁 서비스를 맡겨 총 비용 156파운드가 나왔고 200파운드를 주었는데 잔돈을 주겠다고 한 직원이 저의 돈을 돌려주지 않았습니다. 프론트에도 문제를 이야기했지만 해결되지 않았습니다. 잔돈을 받지 못한다는 점을 빼면 모두 좋았습니다. The staff are generally very friendly and the service is good. The location is also in the middle of the Alexandria Library, Quite Bay, and the view of the Mediterranean Sea is excellent. But I had one unpleasant experience. The total cost came to £156 for laundry service and I gave £200, but the employee who offered to give me change didn't return my money. I talked to the front desk about the problem, but it hasn't been solved. It was all good except that I didn't get any change.
