SMDC Wind Residences는 근처에 거의 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 편의점, 커피숍, 레스토랑, 주요 도로가 있으며 스카이 랜치(Sky Ranch)에서 몇 분 거리에 있으며 따가이따이 최고의 전망 스파 중 하나인 Qi Wellness가 있습니다. Wi-Fi도 없고 휴대폰 신호도 없습니다. 일반적으로 정문 바로 옆에 전화기를 두지 않는 한 방은 사각지대입니다. 심플한 침대, 심플한 디자인을 갖추고 있습니다. 스마트 TV나 케이블은 없지만 현지 채널을 시청할 수 있는 TV 박스가 있습니다. 이곳은 사람들이 잠을 자고, 샤워를 하고, 간단히 식사를 할 수 있는 곳인 것 같아요. 사용할 수 있는 냉장고와 주방용품이 마련되어 있습니다. 밥을 먹거나 국수를 끓여야 할 경우를 대비해 밥솥도 있습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 경험입니다. 너무 많은 것을 기대하지 마십시오. 게다가, Ta***tay에서 임대할 수 있는 대부분의 객실에 비해 매우 저렴합니다. 1,500달러에 호수 전망 객실을 얻었습니다. 이 지역에는 할 일이 많습니다. 방에 가두지 않는 것이 좋습니다 !!! 🙂

Our stay was a great experience because of how accommodating the agent who took care of our reservation was.

Scandi Scandi Square room was cozy, quiet, peaceful, and very secure. The room is complete with everything you need—microwave, ref, utensils, mugs, plates, glasses, table, extra chairs, even toothbrush, toothpaste, and tissue. The staff are super friendly and very approachable. Kinda wished there was a hair blower and iron too lol, but overall it was a super great stay. The location is very convenient with easy access to immediate needs—there’s a pharmacy just outside the compound, sari-sari stores, karinderyas, and O’Save is just around the corner. Transportation is also very accessible since the property is near the highway, with a tricycle terminal at the subdivision entrance. Grab is easy to use as well. Will definitely book again!

Rou is truly an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. She was incredibly attentive and assisted us every step of the way throughout our entire stay. She made a point to check in on us regularly to see if everything was okay, and she was always very quick to respond and extremely helpful whenever we had any questions or needed assistance with anything. Her warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home and completely comfortable the moment we arrived. On top of her amazing hospitality, the place itself was clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

It was a good thing na malamig ang panahon or else babaha ang buong unit due to aircon leakage. Pagna-on leak agad at ang lakas pa, basa buong floor. Reached out dito at sa caretaker but was provided mga basahan only kasi wala daw maintenance at wala nang ibang unit na mapaglipatan. We were also told na di dapat ioopen ang unit but due to high demand, they did. Wala namang problem if you want to earn but make sure hindi macompromise andmg stay ng guests. It was waaay beyond inconvenience at may kids pa which is delikado ang madulas na sahig. Never again and will never recommend.

I like the location of the room it has the perfect location of Taal Lake. It was very clean and the caretaker was very accomodating,and near the store's to buy basic needs. i hope nextime there is wifi..

위치, 숙소, 방 모두 훌륭했어요. 길을 잃긴 했지만요😭, 유일한 문제는 와이파이였어요. 그래도 전반적으로는 괜찮았어요. 와이파이만 좀 아쉬웠네요. 그리고 방에 5인까지 묵을 수 있다고 되어 있었는데 담요가 없었어요. 침대 위에 담요가 있긴 했는데 먼지가 쌓여있더라고요. 타가이타이가 이렇게 추울 줄은 몰랐어요. 그래도 모든 게 좋았어요. 다음에 또 오고 싶어서 떠나기 전에 방 청소를 하고 왔어요. ㅎㅎ😁 앞으로도 좋은 서비스 부탁드려요. 신의 축복이 함께하길!♡
