The sink was a bit choked and the water did not flow smoothly. But overall the amenities and cleanliness were good 👍 . There are quite a few shopping malls nearby which makes it very convenient. So I would consider staying here again .

The studio room is a dual-key unit and the environment is quiet. There are a few shops downstairs, but it’s generally not crowded. The location is convenient, about an 5-minute drive to Legoland. The room is equipped with a mini fridge and a water dispenser with hot and warm water, but the hot water function was not working during our stay. I appreciated the floor mat placed at the toilet entrance and the pantry area. The room was clean overall. However, I noticed some ants near the dustbin area. The self check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The sofa is very soft and sinks in when seated. The bed is slightly hard, but the pillows are fluffy and comfortable. The blanket provided appears to be queen-size and is a bit too small for two people, even though we are both slim. Overall, the room design is nice and the stay was generally comfortable, with a few areas that could be improved.

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment only to find out it was a studio and a 2 bedroom next to each other. Check in was pretty straight forward and there was plenty of parking lots for guests. Room has a stale smell but the toilets were stink with sewage odour, even the air freshener we bought couldn't mask the bad odour. We also killed 2 cockroaches in the washrooms. Seems like these apartments were vacant for some time. Don't think I would stay in this apartment in future.

Space Residency에서 난양 스타일 홈스테이를 예약했는데 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요. 🥺😭 숙소는 고급스럽고 아름답게 꾸며져 있어서 아주 편안하고 쾌적했어요. 🥹🥹 게임 콘솔도 있어서 더욱 좋았어요. 위치도 정말 편리해요! KSL 몰까지 걸어갈 수 있고 주변 편의시설도 쉽게 이용할 수 있어요. 숙소는 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있었고, 호스트분도 문의에 친절하게 답변해 주셨어요. 체크인 안내도 명확하고 따라하기 쉬웠어요. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙박이었고 강력 추천합니다!💖

사진 그대로 정말 관리가 잘되어있었어요! 전 벌레를 너무너무 싫어해서 특히나 개미.. 하지만 이 숙소는 걱정할 필요가 없었어요. 날파리 한마리도 못봤어요. ㅎㅎㅎ 호텔 침구류에 너무나 깨끗하게 관리 잘되어있는 숙소, 최고!! 다음날 싱가포르 넘어가기에 최적의 위치였고, 수영장 헬스장 사우나 모두 야무지게 잘 이용했답니다!! 제가 찍은 야경 감상하세요 최고죠 ㅎㅎ 다음번에도 무조건 여기 묵을거에여~~^^

장점: 편안한 침대, 괜찮은 청결, 에어컨 작동, 게임기 시원함, 48번 숙소의 멋진 전망. 단점: 호스트는 숙박 당일에 연락을 해야 한다고 생각합니다. 그렇지 않으면 소리도 안 나오고 사진도 안 나옵니다. 사진과 동영상을 여러 장 보냈는데, 보증금과 여권 사진까지 요구해서 당황했습니다. 저는 그게 불편했습니다. 운전자 주의: B1-2에 위치한 이 숙소는 정말 번거롭습니다. 갠트리 밖에 주차하고 건물 끝까지 (편도 약 200m) 걸어가서 카드를 받아야 했습니다. 경비원은 그런 방식에 익숙하지 않아서 우편실에 들어가 출입 카드를 받을 수 있도록 다른 경비원을 불러야 했습니다. 그런 다음 다시 입구까지 걸어가야 했습니다. 갠트리까지 차를 몰고 갔는데 출입 카드가 작동하지 않아서 경비원이 다시 와서 도와줘야 했습니다. 결국 이전 사용자가 ”탭아웃”을 하지 않아서 ”탭인”을 할 수 없다는 걸 알게 됐어요. 주차장 안내가 역대 최악이에요. 어디로 올라가야 할지, 어디서 나가야 할지 모르겠어요. 주차장을 빙빙 돌아서야 찾았는데, 아무것도 없는 곳에 있다는 걸 깨달았어요. 숙소 자체는 괜찮았어요. 수건은 제공됐어요. 칫솔은 없고 빗 8개만 제공됐어요(사진). 컵은 정말 끔찍했어요(사진). 주차장과 체크인 과정이 너무 실망스러워서 다시는 방문하지 않을 거예요.

서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 배려심이 많았으며, 항상 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 표준 운영 절차(SOP)는 따르기 쉬웠습니다. 유아가 있어서 일찍 체크인할 수 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 객실은 매우 아늑하고 깔끔했습니다. 세 살배기 아들은 놀이터를 아주 좋아합니다. 이 근처에 두 번째 방문인데, 근처에 쇼핑몰, 슈퍼마켓 등이 있습니다. 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. Sunway Grid by Nest Home의 다른 테마 객실에 묵을 생각입니다.

Here’s a polished and balanced review that highlights both the positives and areas for improvement: Our family of three generations stayed in Unit #18-11 for 3D2N, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The unit itself was impressive, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The minimalist style created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as the dining table being neatly set with cups, plates, and cutlery. The kitchen was well-equipped with a water filtration system, microwave oven, kettle, and induction cooker, making meal preparation convenient. The living room was spacious and comfortable, featuring cozy sofas, additional seating, and a 55-inch TV with Netflix access. It was more than adequate for a large family gathering. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a selection of board games available for guests, which added to the family-friendly environment. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. Most of the air-conditioning remote controls did not have batteries installed, with only one functioning remote available. We eventually had to transfer batteries from the TV remote control for use elsewhere, and spare batteries were limited. The master bathroom was particularly impressive, with a spacious layout, separate shower cubicle, and bathtub. The bathrooms were clean, inviting, and stocked with a large bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. However, no body wash was provided. Additionally, the shower floors in both bathrooms became quite slippery when wet, and despite our request for additional bathroom floor towels or anti-slip mats due to the presence of both elderly family members and young children, only a limited number were available. A washing machine was available in the service yard, although it appeared rather dusty and no laundry detergent was provided. One unusual observation was that some doors occasionally opened by themselves without any apparent reason, which was a little unsettling at times. While the accommodation itself was enjoyable, our experience with the managing agent was less satisfactory. During a previous stay at Mosaic, the agent had been proactive, responsive, and patient, providing comprehensive information well in advance, including directions and Wi-Fi details. In contrast, for this stay, communication was minimal and the necessary check-in information was only provided shortly after midnight on the day of check-in. Earlier and more proactive communication would have greatly improved the guest experience and reduced unnecessary uncertainty before arrival. Overall, the unit itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and suitable for large family stays. With a few improvements to amenities and communication, the experience could be even better.

The room was in a great location and was beautifully decorated with a very nice design. Each bedroom had its own air conditioner and fan, which really helped with the heat in JB. Wi-Fi was provided, and the unit was also equipped with a microwave, water dispenser, and washing machine, making the stay very comfortable and convenient. One thing to note is that if you’re staying in the master bedroom, the Wi-Fi signal is quite weak as the router seems to be too far away. We ended up using our mobile data most of the time instead. Some feedback for the owner: 1. Provide more keys/access cards Since the unit can accommodate up to 6 guests, it is likely to attract larger groups. I stayed with my family of four, and having only one key was quite inconvenient. My parents wanted to return to the room to rest, while my brother and I wanted to meet friends at different locations. However, because the key is required to access the lift, we were unable to split up freely. If one person had the key, everyone else would either need to coordinate their return timing or be unable to access the building independently. Additional keys or access cards would make a big difference for larger groups. 2. Install shower curtains and hooks in the bathrooms There were no hooks available to hang clothes while showering. As a result, I had to place my dirty clothes on the toilet bowl and my clean clothes on the sink ledge. However, because there was no shower curtain, water splashed throughout the bathroom and even reached the toilet bowl area, causing my clothes to get wet. At the very least, installing a hook behind the bathroom door would help guests keep their clothes dry and off bathroom surfaces. 3. Place air fresheners in the bathrooms Both bathrooms had a fairly strong sewage smell. Fortunately, keeping the bathroom doors closed prevented the smell from spreading into the bedrooms. However, when using the bathrooms, the odour could be quite overwhelming until shower products such as shampoo helped mask it. Adding air fresheners would greatly improve the bathroom experience. Overall, we had a great time and would likely book again when we are back.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)
