The unit we chose is ok except the hall is a bit dull cos no window view/sunlight. But we appreciate the kitchenette and cutlery avail is very convenient. It will be good if the TV has local free to air channel like those in Singapore and we wont mind paying more for another tv in the room. The location is good, shop & eat within the same building and a very short drive to Bukit Indah (except the parking lot at level 5 is a bit further from the lift lobby) Throughout the stay saw many security guards at dif parts of the building & car park which is quite reassuring. The online customer service respond through WhatsApp is prompt and informative, which makes our stay (check-in/out) a breeze 👍🏻

이 가족 친화적인 아파트에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 온수/정수기, 냉장고, 세탁기, 건조기, 심지어 아이들이 정말 좋아한 미끄럼틀까지 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 매트리스는 중간 정도의 편안함이었지만 괜찮았고, 청결도가 정말 돋보였습니다. 저희는 숙박을 즐겼고 분명히 다시 올 것입니다. 다음번에는 더 큰 방을 예약하겠지만, 주말 및 공휴일 요금은 꽤 비쌌습니다(레고랜드보다는 여전히 저렴하지만요!).

정말 최악의 경험이었어요. 오후 3시 30분쯤 엘리베이터 로비에 도착해서 우편함에서 키를 받았고, 안내 사항도 모두 읽어봤습니다. 하지만, 제공된 '칩'을 사용해서 엘리베이터에 올라갈 수가 없었어요. 저는 임신 8개월에 아이 둘을 키우고 있었고, 노인 두 분과 함께 있어서 너무 답답했습니다. 엘리베이터에 QR 코드를 스캔해야 하는 줄 알고 고객센터에 계속 전화했는데, 코드를 받는 데 15분이나 걸렸어요! 게다가 그 코드는 쓸모도 없었고요! 정말 어이가 없었습니다. 남편이 계속 재촉해서 문제를 해결하려고 했는데, ”청소하시는 분이 내려오십니다”라는 간단한 말과 함께 겨우 올라갈 수 있었어요! 정말 형편없는 서비스였습니다! 가장 큰 이유는 객실 준비가 아직 안 됐다는 거였어요. 그래서 주인/관리자가 계속 저희를 기다리게 했던 거죠. 오후 12시 31분에 문자로 규칙에 대해 설명해 줄 수는 있었으면서, 객실 준비가 아직 안 됐다는 걸 미리 알려줄 수는 없었나요? 정말 짜증나네요. 청소부가 '칩'은 출입 카드가 아니라고 하더군요. 정말 웃기네요. 출입 카드는 그들이 가지고 있었는데 말이죠. 하하하, 죽을 때까지 50층에 올라갈 수 없다니. 그 칩을 스캐너에 대고 사용했는데 말이죠. 아, 맞다. 청소부들이 일을 마칠 때까지 거실에 앉아 있었어요. 청소부들은 잘못한 게 없는데, 호스트와 직원들이 완전히 잘못했고 이기적이에요.

새로운 단위였기 때문에 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 체크인은 부드럽고 쉬웠습니다. 주변의 다른 유닛은 여전히 개조 중이며 약간의 드릴링 소음과 먼지가 많습니다. 화장실 중 하나에 하수 냄새가 심하고 유지 보수 도움을 요청했지만 디퍼저 만 배치했으며 문제는 해결되지 않았습니다. 그러나 응답은 신속했습니다. 가격 포인트가 상당히 높았기 때문에 더 많은 것(예: 티슈 종이/주방 수건)이 제공된다면 감사하겠습니다.

사진 그대로 정말 관리가 잘되어있었어요! 전 벌레를 너무너무 싫어해서 특히나 개미.. 하지만 이 숙소는 걱정할 필요가 없었어요. 날파리 한마리도 못봤어요. ㅎㅎㅎ 호텔 침구류에 너무나 깨끗하게 관리 잘되어있는 숙소, 최고!! 다음날 싱가포르 넘어가기에 최적의 위치였고, 수영장 헬스장 사우나 모두 야무지게 잘 이용했답니다!! 제가 찍은 야경 감상하세요 최고죠 ㅎㅎ 다음번에도 무조건 여기 묵을거에여~~^^

최근 조호르바루에 있는 R&F 프린세스 코브에 묵었는데, 정말 멋진 경험이었습니다. R&F 몰 바로 옆에 위치해 쇼핑과 식사가 편리했습니다. 보행자 다리가 있어 쇼핑몰까지 바로 연결되어 있어 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다.   아파트 자체는 넓고 잘 꾸며져 있어 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 편의 시설을 갖추고 있었습니다. 발코니에서 바라보는 아름다운 전망은 저희 여행의 고요한 배경이 되어주었습니다. 수영장과 피트니스 센터를 포함한 모든 시설은 최고 수준이었고 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 배려하여 체크인과 체크아웃 절차를 원활하게 진행할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 R&F 프린세스 코브는 편안함, 편의성, 그리고 고급스러움이 완벽하게 조화를 이루는 곳입니다. 비즈니스든 레저든 조호르바루를 방문하는 모든 분께 강력 추천합니다.

이번에는 같은 관리 회사 소속의 다른 방을 이용해 봤습니다. 하지만 청결 상태가 너무 안 좋았습니다. 침대 시트(사진에는 안 보이지만)에 잉크 자국 등 얼룩이 여기저기 묻어 있었고, 베개 커버는 정말 심하게 누렇게 변색되어 있었습니다! 이렇게 심하게 누렇게 변색된 베개 커버는 처음 봤습니다. 결국 수건을 깔고 자야 했습니다. 장점: 티슈 제공 (이전 방에는 없었음) 세탁 세제 제공 (이전 방에는 없었음) 정수된 물이 나오는 수도꼭지 (개별 수도꼭지) 침대 옆 충전기 (침대 옆) 댄스 패드, 게임기, 책 단점: 온수/미지근한 물 디스펜서 없음 (이전 방에는 있었음) 어린이용/플라스틱 식기 없음 위층에 싱글 침대 두 개 (퀸 사이즈 침대 아님) 냉장고에 얼음 트레이 없음 방 자체는 아쉬웠지만, 위치는 좋았습니다. 선웨이 빅 박스 쇼핑몰과 길 건너편에 많은 식당들이 있어서 걸어갈 수 있었습니다.

장소는 3개의 더블 침대가 있는 넓습니다. 위치는 주변에 식당이 있어 타의 추종을 불허합니다. 냉장고와 식탁이 있습니다.. 그러나 게이트를 잠금 해제하는 데 문제가 있을 때 경영진에게 전화하는 전화는 응답되지 않았습니다. 내 메시지는 ai가 응답했습니다. 우리를 돕지 않는 반복적이고 정중한 메시지. 결국 건물 보안관이 우리를 도왔습니다. 그에게 많은 감사를 드립니다! 그는 우리의 하루를 구했습니다! 마스터 침실의 AC가 작동하지 않았습니다. 우리는 마스터 침실에서 잠을 자지 못했습니다. 우리는 레벨 15를 예약하고 대신 레벨 12를 얻었습니다. 경영진은 레벨 15를 보여주는 예약의 스크린샷을 제공했지만 레벨 12가 내 이름으로 예약되었다고 계속 주장했습니다. 손 씻기도 제공되지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 위의 것을 눈을 다면 다시 예약할 수 있습니다. 나는 그 위치, 저렴한 가격 및 공간을 좋아합니다. 12층에서 바라보는 뷰도 너무 아름답습니다.

We appreciated the attention to detail, such as the dining table being neatly set with cups, plates, and cutlery. The kitchen was well-equipped with a water filtration system, microwave oven, kettle, and induction cooker, making meal preparation convenient. The living room was spacious and comfortable, featuring cozy sofas, additional seating, and a 55-inch TV with Netflix access. It was more than adequate for a large family gathering. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a selection of board games available for guests, which added to the family-friendly environment. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. Most of the air-conditioning remote controls did not have batteries installed, with only one functioning remote available. We eventually had to transfer batteries from the TV remote control for use elsewhere, and spare batteries were limited. The master bathroom was particularly impressive, with a spacious layout, separate shower cubicle, and bathtub. The bathrooms were clean, inviting, and stocked with a large bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. However, no body wash was provided. Additionally, the shower floors in both bathrooms became quite slippery when wet, and despite our request for additional bathroom floor towels or anti-slip mats due to the presence of both elderly family members and young children, only a limited number were available. A washing machine was available in the service yard, although it appeared rather dusty and no laundry detergent was provided. One unusual observation was that some doors occasionally opened by themselves without any apparent reason, which was a little unsettling at times. While the accommodation itself was enjoyable, our experience with the managing agent was less satisfactory. During a previous stay at Mosaic, the agent had been proactive, responsive, and patient, providing comprehensive information well in advance, including directions and Wi-Fi details. In contrast, for this stay, communication was minimal and the necessary check-in information was only provided shortly after midnight on the day of check-in. Earlier and more proactive communication would have greatly improved the guest experience and reduced unnecessary uncertainty before arrival. Overall, the unit itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and suitable for large family stays. With a few improvements to amenities and communication, the experience could be even better.

Our recent stay at Space Residency was an absolutely wonderful experience, and one of the biggest reasons was the incredible convenience and cleanliness of the accommodation. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the apartment was. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were tidy, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. As a family travelling with children, cleanliness is always one of our top priorities, and Space Residency exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home where we could relax comfortably after a long day of exploring Johor Bahru. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the excellent location. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. Food options were plentiful and easily accessible, making every meal something to look forward to. We especially enjoyed visiting nearby dim sum restaurants, where we had delicious breakfasts to start our day. For Japanese food lovers like us, Warakuya quickly became one of our favourite dining spots. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency. Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. We would gladly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent access to great food and services. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
