They gave us a unit with renovation next door and did not inform us about the renovation work happening in the unit right next to us. So when we would like to take a rest in the afternoon, the drilling keeps going on. It is a basic courtesy to inform guest that there is renovation going on and ask if guest would like to continue with the booking. When feedback through the whatsapp, it is always the AI bot. It took very long to connect with the agent. I have recorded 6 videos of the noise just that I cant upload here. It was suppose to be a destressing trip turns out to be a stressful one. The renovation will end only on 31 October 2026. So if you are going during this period, please beware.

The apartment was one of the best ive booked so far, the whole apartment was very clean, had play areas for kids and was very comfortable overall. Check in check out process was smooth and the hosts were easy to reach.

저희는 2026년 10월 1일에 Space Residents Tower B 24층에 묵었습니다. 우선, 같은 건물 내 비슷한 아파트와 비교했을 때 가격이 비쌌습니다. 기본적인 편의시설조차 제공되지 않았습니다. 생수, 칫솔, 치약조차 없었습니다. 다행히 저희는 개인 용품을 챙겨갔습니다. 85달러라는 가격은 호텔과 비슷하거나, 심지어 일부 저가 호텔보다도 비쌉니다. 이 가격이라면 단순히 잠만 잘 수 있는 곳 이상의 것을 기대했는데, 실망스러웠습니다. 이 가격이면 KSL 리조트에 갈 수 있을 것 같습니다.

Space Residency에서 난양 스타일 홈스테이를 예약했는데 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요. 🥺😭 숙소는 고급스럽고 아름답게 꾸며져 있어서 아주 편안하고 쾌적했어요. 🥹🥹 게임 콘솔도 있어서 더욱 좋았어요. 위치도 정말 편리해요! KSL 몰까지 걸어갈 수 있고 주변 편의시설도 쉽게 이용할 수 있어요. 숙소는 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있었고, 호스트분도 문의에 친절하게 답변해 주셨어요. 체크인 안내도 명확하고 따라하기 쉬웠어요. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙박이었고 강력 추천합니다!💖

사진 그대로 정말 관리가 잘되어있었어요! 전 벌레를 너무너무 싫어해서 특히나 개미.. 하지만 이 숙소는 걱정할 필요가 없었어요. 날파리 한마리도 못봤어요. ㅎㅎㅎ 호텔 침구류에 너무나 깨끗하게 관리 잘되어있는 숙소, 최고!! 다음날 싱가포르 넘어가기에 최적의 위치였고, 수영장 헬스장 사우나 모두 야무지게 잘 이용했답니다!! 제가 찍은 야경 감상하세요 최고죠 ㅎㅎ 다음번에도 무조건 여기 묵을거에여~~^^

장점: 편안한 침대, 괜찮은 청결, 에어컨 작동, 게임기 시원함, 48번 숙소의 멋진 전망. 단점: 호스트는 숙박 당일에 연락을 해야 한다고 생각합니다. 그렇지 않으면 소리도 안 나오고 사진도 안 나옵니다. 사진과 동영상을 여러 장 보냈는데, 보증금과 여권 사진까지 요구해서 당황했습니다. 저는 그게 불편했습니다. 운전자 주의: B1-2에 위치한 이 숙소는 정말 번거롭습니다. 갠트리 밖에 주차하고 건물 끝까지 (편도 약 200m) 걸어가서 카드를 받아야 했습니다. 경비원은 그런 방식에 익숙하지 않아서 우편실에 들어가 출입 카드를 받을 수 있도록 다른 경비원을 불러야 했습니다. 그런 다음 다시 입구까지 걸어가야 했습니다. 갠트리까지 차를 몰고 갔는데 출입 카드가 작동하지 않아서 경비원이 다시 와서 도와줘야 했습니다. 결국 이전 사용자가 ”탭아웃”을 하지 않아서 ”탭인”을 할 수 없다는 걸 알게 됐어요. 주차장 안내가 역대 최악이에요. 어디로 올라가야 할지, 어디서 나가야 할지 모르겠어요. 주차장을 빙빙 돌아서야 찾았는데, 아무것도 없는 곳에 있다는 걸 깨달았어요. 숙소 자체는 괜찮았어요. 수건은 제공됐어요. 칫솔은 없고 빗 8개만 제공됐어요(사진). 컵은 정말 끔찍했어요(사진). 주차장과 체크인 과정이 너무 실망스러워서 다시는 방문하지 않을 거예요.

이번에는 같은 관리 회사 소속의 다른 방을 이용해 봤습니다. 하지만 청결 상태가 너무 안 좋았습니다. 침대 시트(사진에는 안 보이지만)에 잉크 자국 등 얼룩이 여기저기 묻어 있었고, 베개 커버는 정말 심하게 누렇게 변색되어 있었습니다! 이렇게 심하게 누렇게 변색된 베개 커버는 처음 봤습니다. 결국 수건을 깔고 자야 했습니다. 장점: 티슈 제공 (이전 방에는 없었음) 세탁 세제 제공 (이전 방에는 없었음) 정수된 물이 나오는 수도꼭지 (개별 수도꼭지) 침대 옆 충전기 (침대 옆) 댄스 패드, 게임기, 책 단점: 온수/미지근한 물 디스펜서 없음 (이전 방에는 있었음) 어린이용/플라스틱 식기 없음 위층에 싱글 침대 두 개 (퀸 사이즈 침대 아님) 냉장고에 얼음 트레이 없음 방 자체는 아쉬웠지만, 위치는 좋았습니다. 선웨이 빅 박스 쇼핑몰과 길 건너편에 많은 식당들이 있어서 걸어갈 수 있었습니다.

장소는 3개의 더블 침대가 있는 넓습니다. 위치는 주변에 식당이 있어 타의 추종을 불허합니다. 냉장고와 식탁이 있습니다.. 그러나 게이트를 잠금 해제하는 데 문제가 있을 때 경영진에게 전화하는 전화는 응답되지 않았습니다. 내 메시지는 ai가 응답했습니다. 우리를 돕지 않는 반복적이고 정중한 메시지. 결국 건물 보안관이 우리를 도왔습니다. 그에게 많은 감사를 드립니다! 그는 우리의 하루를 구했습니다! 마스터 침실의 AC가 작동하지 않았습니다. 우리는 마스터 침실에서 잠을 자지 못했습니다. 우리는 레벨 15를 예약하고 대신 레벨 12를 얻었습니다. 경영진은 레벨 15를 보여주는 예약의 스크린샷을 제공했지만 레벨 12가 내 이름으로 예약되었다고 계속 주장했습니다. 손 씻기도 제공되지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 위의 것을 눈을 다면 다시 예약할 수 있습니다. 나는 그 위치, 저렴한 가격 및 공간을 좋아합니다. 12층에서 바라보는 뷰도 너무 아름답습니다.

Ants on bed,dining table even sofa. Aircon spoil in bedroom,have to sleep without Aircon,lucky only 1 night.At the start when I first went in,all plugs and Aircon are not usuable,have to own self do the DC box,DC box for their electric is trip.After turning on,air in bedroom spoil.Not a good experience

Had a really nice stay here! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Seaview Suite with the Coco Signature theme and honestly loved how aesthetic the whole place was. Definitely a very nice spot for taking photos! The room was really spacious and the seaview from the balcony was my favourite part. It’s such a nice place to just sit, chill and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfortable queen-size beds, and the pillows were SO soft and fluffy — literally felt like sleeping on clouds 😂 The living room was cosy too, with a comfy sofa, aircon and a TV box with lots of movies to watch. They even provided a card game, which was a nice little touch. The dining area was also really cute with a fake candle on the table, so you could even have a little candlelight dinner/date night there. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. They provided utensils, microwave, kettle, water dispenser, big fridge and washing machine. I also really appreciated the small details like trash bags, dish soap, sponge and a bottle brush — especially useful if you’re travelling with a baby and need to wash bottles. There’s also a laundry basket and fire extinguisher provided. Cleanliness was honestly 10/10 for me. The whole suite was very clean and tidy when we arrived, including the balcony. I couldn’t spot any dirt, dust or stains. Bathroom was clean and dry, bedsheets were clean and neat, and the towels were nicely rolled and placed on the bed. Everything was in good condition and there was no weird smell. There’s no front desk, but communication with the owner through WhatsApp was easy. The owner was friendly and quick to reply, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They also helped us with directions to the swimming pool and gym. Location-wise, there are lots of food places, marts and a Starbucks nearby, and getting Grab was easy. The beach area is nice and chill for walking around and relaxing, although swimming in the sea isn’t recommended because of crocodile warnings. A few things could be improved though. The swimming pool water wasn’t as clear as I expected and there was some seaweed in it. Also, if you’re travelling with a baby, moving around the property can be a little tiring because of the doors and lift access between the guardhouse and the lift area. It would be much easier if you have your own vehicle as you can park closer to the lift. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. The place is spacious, clean, aesthetic and honestly quite reasonably priced. The seaview and the Coco theme were definitely the highlights for me. I would stay here again and would recommend it especially for families because of the space, but it’s also really nice for couples who want a cosy and pretty place for a short getaway. Definitely a solid 4/5 from me! ❤️
