리리뷰어The sink was a bit choked and the water did not flow smoothly. But overall the amenities and cleanliness were good 👍 . There are quite a few shopping malls nearby which makes it very convenient. So I would consider staying here again .

익익명 사용자The studio room is a dual-key unit and the environment is quiet. There are a few shops downstairs, but it’s generally not crowded. The location is convenient, about an 5-minute drive to Legoland.
The room is equipped with a mini fridge and a water dispenser with hot and warm water, but the hot water function was not working during our stay. I appreciated the floor mat placed at the toilet entrance and the pantry area. The room was clean overall.
However, I noticed some ants near the dustbin area. The self check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow.
The sofa is very soft and sinks in when seated. The bed is slightly hard, but the pillows are fluffy and comfortable. The blanket provided appears to be queen-size and is a bit too small for two people, even though we are both slim.
Overall, the room design is nice and the stay was generally comfortable, with a few areas that could be improved.

리리뷰어정말 최악의 경험이었어요.
오후 3시 30분쯤 엘리베이터 로비에 도착해서 우편함에서 키를 받았고, 안내 사항도 모두 읽어봤습니다.
하지만, 제공된 '칩'을 사용해서 엘리베이터에 올라갈 수가 없었어요.
저는 임신 8개월에 아이 둘을 키우고 있었고, 노인 두 분과 함께 있어서 너무 답답했습니다.
엘리베이터에 QR 코드를 스캔해야 하는 줄 알고 고객센터에 계속 전화했는데, 코드를 받는 데 15분이나 걸렸어요! 게다가 그 코드는 쓸모도 없었고요! 정말 어이가 없었습니다.
남편이 계속 재촉해서 문제를 해결하려고 했는데, ”청소하시는 분이 내려오십니다”라는 간단한 말과 함께 겨우 올라갈 수 있었어요! 정말 형편없는 서비스였습니다!
가장 큰 이유는 객실 준비가 아직 안 됐다는 거였어요. 그래서 주인/관리자가 계속 저희를 기다리게 했던 거죠.
오후 12시 31분에 문자로 규칙에 대해 설명해 줄 수는 있었으면서, 객실 준비가 아직 안 됐다는 걸 미리 알려줄 수는 없었나요?
정말 짜증나네요.
청소부가 '칩'은 출입 카드가 아니라고 하더군요. 정말 웃기네요. 출입 카드는 그들이 가지고 있었는데 말이죠.
하하하, 죽을 때까지 50층에 올라갈 수 없다니. 그 칩을 스캐너에 대고 사용했는데 말이죠.
아, 맞다. 청소부들이 일을 마칠 때까지 거실에 앉아 있었어요. 청소부들은 잘못한 게 없는데, 호스트와 직원들이 완전히 잘못했고 이기적이에요.

리리뷰어사진 그대로 정말 관리가 잘되어있었어요!
전 벌레를 너무너무 싫어해서 특히나 개미.. 하지만 이 숙소는 걱정할 필요가 없었어요. 날파리 한마리도 못봤어요. ㅎㅎㅎ 호텔 침구류에 너무나 깨끗하게 관리 잘되어있는 숙소, 최고!! 다음날 싱가포르 넘어가기에 최적의 위치였고, 수영장 헬스장 사우나 모두 야무지게 잘 이용했답니다!! 제가 찍은 야경 감상하세요 최고죠 ㅎㅎ 다음번에도 무조건 여기 묵을거에여~~^^

BBima Jaya최근 조호르바루에 있는 R&F 프린세스 코브에 묵었는데, 정말 멋진 경험이었습니다. R&F 몰 바로 옆에 위치해 쇼핑과 식사가 편리했습니다. 보행자 다리가 있어 쇼핑몰까지 바로 연결되어 있어 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다.  
아파트 자체는 넓고 잘 꾸며져 있어 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 편의 시설을 갖추고 있었습니다. 발코니에서 바라보는 아름다운 전망은 저희 여행의 고요한 배경이 되어주었습니다. 수영장과 피트니스 센터를 포함한 모든 시설은 최고 수준이었고 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 배려하여 체크인과 체크아웃 절차를 원활하게 진행할 수 있었습니다.
전반적으로 R&F 프린세스 코브는 편안함, 편의성, 그리고 고급스러움이 완벽하게 조화를 이루는 곳입니다. 비즈니스든 레저든 조호르바루를 방문하는 모든 분께 강력 추천합니다.

익익명 사용자The room was in a great location and was beautifully decorated with a very nice design. Each bedroom had its own air conditioner and fan, which really helped with the heat in JB. Wi-Fi was provided, and the unit was also equipped with a microwave, water dispenser, and washing machine, making the stay very comfortable and convenient.
One thing to note is that if you’re staying in the master bedroom, the Wi-Fi signal is quite weak as the router seems to be too far away. We ended up using our mobile data most of the time instead.
Some feedback for the owner:
1. Provide more keys/access cards
Since the unit can accommodate up to 6 guests, it is likely to attract larger groups. I stayed with my family of four, and having only one key was quite inconvenient. My parents wanted to return to the room to rest, while my brother and I wanted to meet friends at different locations. However, because the key is required to access the lift, we were unable to split up freely. If one person had the key, everyone else would either need to coordinate their return timing or be unable to access the building independently. Additional keys or access cards would make a big difference for larger groups.
2. Install shower curtains and hooks in the bathrooms
There were no hooks available to hang clothes while showering. As a result, I had to place my dirty clothes on the toilet bowl and my clean clothes on the sink ledge. However, because there was no shower curtain, water splashed throughout the bathroom and even reached the toilet bowl area, causing my clothes to get wet. At the very least, installing a hook behind the bathroom door would help guests keep their clothes dry and off bathroom surfaces.
3. Place air fresheners in the bathrooms
Both bathrooms had a fairly strong sewage smell. Fortunately, keeping the bathroom doors closed prevented the smell from spreading into the bedrooms. However, when using the bathrooms, the odour could be quite overwhelming until shower products such as shampoo helped mask it. Adding air fresheners would greatly improve the bathroom experience.
Overall, we had a great time and would likely book again when we are back.

CCStunning undisturbed view over Johor-Singapore straits via the High level floor of 47th. Both rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Both bathrooms have basic toiletry. The kitchen has set of 4 for plates, bowls, cups. The entire unit is sparkling clean. Balcony has cloth hanging lines.
Windy and not so noisy due to high floor.
Very nice swimming pool and exercise track at 8th floor. Reasonable price for the quality. Surely would like to stay again.
Suggestions:
1. Draw the parking lot on the the Carpark map provided. As the parking is quite huge and take a while for us to find the exit door to the lift.
2. Provide a clearer instruction map to get the key from the mail box. As there are quite many Blocks and Carpark entrances.
3. Provide a clearer instruction to go to R&F Mall via the Bridge from the 8th Floor.
