나는 최근에 이 호텔에 머물렀고 그 경험에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 우리는 자정쯤에 꽤 늦게 도착했지만 직원들은 수용하고 있었고 늦은 체크인을 원활하고 번거롭지 않게 만들었습니다. 보안은 항상 존재하여 머무는 동안 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 아파트 자체는 현대적이었고 필요한 모든 기구와 시설을 잘 갖추고 있어 식사를 준비하고 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼실 수 있습니다. 우리가 들어서는 순간 모든 것이 흠이 없었고 놀랍도록 신선한 냄새가 났습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 편의 시설과 친절한 서비스로 깨끗하고 안전하며 편안한 숙박을 원하는 사람에게 이곳을 적극 추천합니다.

장점: 거리 소음이 들릴지라도 위치; 일반적으로 깨끗하지만 내 방에는 AC 옆 벽에 거대한 얼룩이있었습니다. 단점: 사진은 방이 실제로 어떻게 생겼는지와 관련이 없습니다. 모든 것이 구식이고 마모되었습니다.

Good place to stay if you wanna roam around CDMX. Close to metro pink line making it easily commute to various spots in CDMX. All staffs were nice and approachable. I checked out in the morning and left the luggage there till evening. If they could provide liquid soap, that would be great.

장점: 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 레스토랑, 카페, 시장, 100년 된 빵집 등 근처 어디든 가기가 매우 편리합니다. 전망이 매우 좋고 CDMX의 시내 전망이 수돗물에서 직접 식수로 제공되어 더욱 편리합니다. 단점: 커튼이 올라가고 내려와요. 빛이 들어올 때 잠잘 때 안대를 착용해야 합니다. 방에 있는 냉장고가 너무 시끄러워서 첫날 밤에 잠을 잘 못 잤어요. 결국 나는 냉장고의 플러그를 뽑았다. 아파트형 호텔이라 따로 말씀드리지 않는 이상 서비스가 없습니다. 다만, 객실에 전화기가 없어 미니프로그램만 로그인이 가능하니, 당시에는 로그인이 너무 번거로웠어요. 성공하지 못합니다. 방음이 매우 좋지 않아 이웃의 음악과 대화가 들립니다. 이 호텔은 우리가 지불한 돈만큼 가치가 없는 호텔인 것 같았습니다.

We really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

저는 이 호텔의 발코니를 정말 좋아합니다. 발코니에 서서 다람쥐에게 먹이를 줄 수 있어서 너무 좋아요. 객실 시설도 매우 편리합니다. 테이크아웃을 주문하거나 라면을 만들고 싶을 때 전자레인지 식기도 준비되어 있어 매우 편리합니다! 독립기념관에서 도보로 3~5분 거리에 나가서 좌회전하여 조금만 직진하면 맛있는 스페인 츄러스 체인점을 찾을 수 있습니다! 중국인의 위장에 좋은 라면을 살 수 있는 한국 슈퍼마켓도 있어요!

The apartments are impeccable. They are tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, including furniture and artworks. The apartment had two large bedrooms, and the master bedroom had its own bathroom and TV. The living room is fully furnished and also has a TV. The kitchen has all the amenities. It is a quiet building in a relatively quiet street. The concierge was very nice. The only problem we had is that we didn't realize we had to email them in advance our arrival. We thought it was a hotel, so didn't realize we had arrived at the place as we didn't see any signs. You must let them know in advance when you arrive. But this is a great deal. It can easily accommodate two couples. 

Apparently, they have two different kind of “booking types” : AirBnB style stay (basically room-only rights) and proper Hotel stay (with full service). However this is not made clear at all during booking. I felt strange that my room wasn’t cleaned even once in three days of stay, and the treatment at reception felt just short of dismissive after answering to their question “where did you make your booking?”. All of this is surprising, as my Trip.com reservation is branded as “Pandora House HOTEL” - never I was aware that my reservation fell into their “Airbnb” categorization. Other than that: the building is beautiful and centrally located.

훌륭한 숙박, 호텔은 Insurgentes sur와 Santa Fe에서 방문해야 할 사무실과 가까운 Polanco 지역에 매우 잘 위치해 있습니다. 또한 호텔은 도보 거리에 있는 멕시코 시티에서 가장 중요한 박물관과 많은 맛있는 레스토랑을 방문하기에 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 호텔의 청결함과 실용성 외에 가장 즐겼던 것은 직원이었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 렌터카에 기술적인 문제가 있었는데 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 도와줄 뿐만 아니라 안내하고 해결해 주었습니다. 놀라운 숙박!
