Once we got checked in we were extremely happy. We love everything about the place! The problem was communication with Trip.com and the hotel beforehand. Trip.com sent an email saying the property does not have a front desk, and to contact the property for detailed instructions on how to check in. It provided this email to contact the property: ************************************************ When I sent an email to that address I got a reply in Chinese. When translated, it said they did not have my reservation, and to provide booking number & check in/out dates. I sent that information several times, and always got the same automated reply re-asking for booking number and dates. I finally called Trip.com, who contacted the property. They immediately replied, giving me the information I asked for, and telling me they do have someone at the front desk until 5 pm. Their message came from a completely different email address. I suspect that the email provided in the Trip.com message was incorrect. This added a lot of undue stress to what should have been a simple straightforward communication.

위치는 매우 편리하며 주요 관광 명소, 공항 및 인근 버스 정류장을 포함한 대중 교통 연결 근처에 있습니다. 도보 거리에 많은 상점과 식료품점이 있으며 많은 좋은 레스토랑, 카페 및 현지 길거리 음식 옵션이 있습니다. 관광 지역과 회의장 모두 가까워 이동이 용이합니다. 주변 골목에 익숙하지 않은 경우 처음에는 찾기가 조금 어려울 수 있지만 주요 도로와 매우 가깝기 때문에 사소한 문제에 불과했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 반응이 좋았으며 머무는 동안 도움이되었습니다. 호텔에는 엘리베이터가 있어 수하물과 함께 여행할 때 특히 편리했습니다.

역에서 걸어서 다니기 적당한 거리 입니다 호텔 가는길은 보행도로라 택시가 가지 않습니다 역에서 나폴리21을 찾아가서 직원에게 안내받고 열쇠랑 호텔 주소를 알려줬습니다 구글지도는 잘못된 길을 알려준다고 직원이 어플에 목적지를 찍어 줬습니다 방안에 키를 두고 나갔었는데 전화로 해결해 줬습니다 방안에는 필요한 모든게 다 있습니다 간단하게 요리를 해먹을수도 있고 전자렌지 커피포트 커피머신 토스트기 전기렌지등이 다 있고 냉장고 식기세척기 세탁기도 있습니다 신기한 엘리베이터도 있어 무거운 짐이 있어도 걱정하지 않아도 됩니다 넓고 쾌적하고 편안하게 이용했습니다

The hotel was clean and much bigger than we anticipated. It was a bit of a hassle getting checked in online to get our “digital” room key. There was no one at reception so we had to call multiple times and chat via whatsapp. Ended up talking about 45 minutes.

아침 식사는 동양인의 식습관을 고려하지 않고 다양하지 않습니다. 또한 방은 조심스럽게 청소되지 않았으며 젖은 목욕 타월은 변경되지 않았습니다. 운동장은 멀리 계획되어 있고, 프로젝트는 너무 작은 아이들에게 적합하지 않습니다. 상점 영업시간도 길지 않고 상품도 적다.

새로 단장한 숙박, 방은 아름다웠지만 공공 장소가 없었지만 즐거운 경험이었습니다. la Spezia 여행을 계획하는 사람에게 추천합니다.

Der CheckIn und Service über WhatsApp ist unkompliziert. Allerdings unfreundlich und negativ. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und gut erreichbar. An der Sauberkeit im Badezimmer bzgl. Schimmel an den Silikonfugen, verkanten Armaturen und allgemeinen Staub sollte gearbeitet werden.  Fenster zum verdreckten  Innenhof war vorher nicht bekannt, daher laute Geräusche beim Schlafen.

La camera era una stanza molto ampia con servizi ed un angolo cucinino, in posizione molto comoda e centrale rispetto a Sestri. La struttura è tuttavia collocata in una sede diversa dall'albergo. Questo non era detto chiaramente nell'annuncio. La stanza seppur recente aveva alcuni piccoli difetti la macchina del caffè con cialde non funzionante e piccoli difetti nel bagno, ma complessivamente era comoda, silenziosa e in ordine. Il servizio di pulizia e riordino è stato più che adeguato.
