This is a lovely garden view studio apartment that has a nicely appointed kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster oven, two-burner cook top, coffee maker, and AC. The gardens are lush with native trees, fruits and flowers which attract a wide array of birds and butterflies. The property borders on a sweet tidal creek where we have our private dock for kayaking & paddle boarding. The "lazy river" is a 20 minute paddle from our dock.Activities available include world class kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, boating, and beach excursions. We are uniquely situated in a location to offer a wide variety of kayaking terrains for all skill levels. There are numerous islands, mangrove marshes and trails surrounded by flats with crystal clear water and an abundance of marine life.
