멜버른 시내까지 걸어서 10분 거리라 위치가 정말 편리했습니다. RMIT 대학교와 스완스턴 트램 정류장이 호텔 바로 앞에 있었어요. 수영장과 사우나는 오전 7시부터 오후 9시까지만 운영해서 시간이 부족해서 제대로 이용하지 못했습니다. 유일한 불만은 룸서비스가 제공되는지 몰랐다는 점입니다. 넷째 날, 당일치기 여행 후 방에 들어가 보니 청소부가 허락 없이 들어와서 청소를 하고 있더군요. 만약 물건이 없어졌다면 호텔 측에서 그 손실을 보상해 줄 수 있을까요? 고객에게 알리지 않고 객실에 들어오지 마세요. 고객이 정말로 청소 서비스를 원한다면 따로 요청할 겁니다.

1) 체크인 이틀 전, 자정 12시쯤 늦은 비행기로 도착할 예정이라고 알리니 직원분이 30분 전에 전화하면 된다고 했어요. 2) 공항에서 출발하기 40분 전부터 계속 전화했지만 아무도 받지 않았고, 겨우 다른 번호로 연락해서 직원이 기다리고 있다고 전해 들었어요. 3) 호텔 문 앞에는 아무도 없었고, 문 앞에 있는 전화로 연락하니 이미 통보받았다고 했지만, 밖은 바람이 많이 불고 비가 조금씩 내려 추운데도 25분 정도 더 기다려야 했어요. 4) 경영진이 직원 관리를 어떻게 하는지 모르겠어요. 그냥 대충 시간만 보내는 것 같았어요. 5) 프런트 데스크 카운터에는 컴퓨터가 높이 놓여 있어서 직원이 보이지 않았고, 직원들은 계속 뒤에서 핸드폰만 보고 있었어요. 6) 제가 CLLIX 계열 호텔에 묵어본 중 여기가 최악이었어요. 7) 보통 체크인 후에는 호텔에 추가 청소를 요청하지 않지만, 체크인 당일부터 이미 기준 미달이었어요. 할 말이 없네요. (큰 옷장에는 작은 옷걸이 3개뿐이었고, 주방용품은 너무 적어서 한심할 정도였어요) 7) 프런트 데스크 여직원은 무관심하게 시간을 때우고 있었고, 손님이 도움을 요청해도 도와주려 하지 않았어요. 이곳 경영진은 정말 큰 문제예요. 제발 문제를 직시했으면 좋겠어요.

I’ve stayed at numerous at the Punt Hill apartments over the past decade, though it had been a while since I last stayed in one. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, however the hotel is quite run down now. Walls in the bathroom weren’t very clean, neither were mugs and cutlery (I always make a habit of cleaning things before I use them!). I ended up staying mostly in the hotel as I was sick with the flu so I noticed the wifi was very glitchy and intermittent too so it made streaming shows quite difficult to watch that I ended up just using my phone. The beds were comfortable though! The location is actually fantastic too, right in the heart of China town and easily walkable to places.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

Not recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy. Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections. Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment. None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests. FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building. The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful. In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross. I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind. The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

그레이트오션로드를 드라이브하면서 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 투베드룸 캐빈에는 인덕션 쿠커와 냉장고, 냄비와 프라이팬이 구비되어 있어 깔끔하고 정돈되어 있었습니다. 포트캠벨(Port Campbell) 근처에 위치하여 밤에는 매우 조용합니다.

Place was lovely for the 1 night I stayed there.

호텔 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 무료트램존은 아니지만 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 또한 바로 앞에 Woolworths 와 Asian 마켓이 있어 생활하기 매우 편했고 숙소내 조리기구와 식기가 다 갖춰져있어 요리를 하기에도 좋았습니다 하지만 투숙중 날씨가 급격히 추워졌었는데, 히터가 제대로 작동되지 않았습니다. 하지만 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 위치와 서비스를 생각하면 매우 추천하는 숙소입니다.
