Centrally located and only a 5 minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants, children’s museum and West Park.The spaceThis 3 Bedroom apartment is located upstairs on the second floor, the first floor is a hair salon. The salon is busy most days with people coming and going, however there is not much noise heard from the salon below. At times you may hear the main/front door close when people come and go. Salon hours are usually 9am-7pm Monday -Friday. Saturdays 9am-2pm closed Sundays. The salon has its own entrance and security locks. All guests can enjoy 20% off any salon or spa services during their stay. There is a lot of activity on the streets and at times can be noisy. We are only a few blocks from downtowns nightlife. The outside balcony is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and people watch or grill up some hamburgers and hotdogs on the gas bbq grill. The master bedroom has a full bath with stand up shower. There is a washer and dryer in master bathroom. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet with vanity and changing area. This apartment is a 3 block walk to the Oswego River and a 5 block walk to Lake Ontario & the marina. We are 5 miles to Novelis & Power plants/ 2 miles to Oswego Raceway/ 1 mile to SUNY Oswego. Whether you are visiting for business or fun this apartment will suit all of your needs.This completely renovated apartment located in Oswego's downtown district has one bedroom and one bathroom, featuring a private entrance. The apartment is all on one level and boasts beautiful waterproof wood flooring in the main living space. Upon entering, you will see soaring high reclaimed wood ceilings and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. The stunning white kitchen with center island features butcher block countertops and full-size appliances, providing all the basics to prepare your meals during your stay.
