팜프로나 레지던스

L hôtel est extrêmement bien placé au centre de la vieille ville et des festivités. Très bien insonorisé. L accueil est chaleureux et professionnel. Le parking est à 36€ les 2 nuits, très pratique à côté. L hôtel est très propre. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il y a un bar à tapas, tout est bon frais et original. Les serveurs sont très sympas. En bref j ai adoré mon séjour dans cette ville attachante. Merci

This was a lovely hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and in a great location to walk around Pamplona. We were on a group tour and our included meal for dinner was absolutely terrible. Salad as a starter was bland, main course was some form of re formed/manufactured chicken in bechamel sauce in bread crumbs with two boiled potatoes that looked like they had been wacked with a hammer, tasteless. Dessert wasn’t much better, some type of yoghurt which didn’t taste very nice with what I think was frozen, not fresh tasteless fruit garnished on the top. Most of the group left most of their food. We were put in a separate room which wasn’t very inviting and I felt like a 2nd class citizen compared to the other residents. Breakfast wasn’t much better, we were put back in the separate room, limited selection of food compared to what was being offered to other residents. The hotel and the tour company we were with need to address this issue as it was an absolutely awful experience.

Una pésima atención por parte del hostal. Fuimos a pasar una noche un grupo de amigas, y el sabado de madrugada al ir al hostal nos encontramos con que no podíamos abrir la puerta del portal. Probamos con muchas llaves y nos fue imposible. También llamamos al número de atención 24h varias veces pero nada. Se nos acerco otra chica que no era de nuestro grupo que volvía sola al hostal y tampoco pudo. Viendo dicha situación tuvimos que llamar a la policía municipal, y fueron ellos los que tuvieron que forzarnos la puerta ya que una de nosotras estaba embarazada de 7 meses y no se encontraba bien. Después de todo, el hostal no ha asumido ningún tipo de responsabilidad y no hemos llegado a un acuerdo. Presentaremos la debida reclamación.

We came here for the first day of our Spain trip to see the San Fermin festival and the running of the bulls. This hotel was a block off the encierro and was right in the thick of it in terms of celebrating festivalgoers, so be advised that if you go during this time it will be a little noisy at all hours. Of course, because it was during the festival, the room was also fairly expensive. That said, the room was clean, the front desk was nice, and the location made it very easy to get around the festival and back to the hotel whenever we needed to. If you're planning a trip to Pamplona and want to be in its older sections - or are going during San Fermin and don't want to pay an encierro balcony price - definitely consider this place.
