자벤템 레지던스

We had to cancel a room for our guest, which is unable to come due to hospitalisation of his wife with a dying baby. When we called your hotel to cancel the room we booked earlier tonight, the only thing the receptionist said was: unfortunately we cannot give your money back. Then asked for the room number and after hearing some woman talking in the background he hung up on us. When we called back the same dude answered, same lady in the back. (Guy speaks Dutch, woman French). When we  explained that the call was disconnected he said ‘No, you’re calling to the wrong hotel, you have to call to the Zaventem hotel.’ When we said… but we just spoke to you personally, he hung us up again. It’s not about the refund but hanging up twice and lying to customers is unacceptable.

This was the second time this year that we have decided to stay at the Sheraton Airport prior to our return trip home. While the hotel is overpriced it is so convenient for departure and it eliminates the anxiety regarding taxi or transit strikes (something that seems to be a cultural event). The hotel offers great service; friendly and efficient check in and checkout, good response to requests (extra towels), etc. While it seems to be appearing “a little tired” (light bulbs flickering, some new paint required) I have found it to be clean, comfortable and has the hottest water I have experienced anywhere in the world. Gullivers restaurant has adequate service and food although the wait time for meals in the evening can be a test of patience. Breakfast is much quicker and if you wish the breakfast buffet, it is complete and well presented. The coffee we had there both times was the best we have had anywhere during our past month in Belgium! Regarding the waiters in the evening (January 2nd) I must say the women staff and one man (I believe his name was Driss) were the ones doing the work. They constantly circulated the areas and responded to guest requests and needs, the other men just took up space. I had to mention this because it was just so obvious.

멋진 객실과 조용한 지역이있는 호텔, 체크인 시간 (코로나 바이러스 시간)에는 리셉션에 아무도 없으므로 메인 도어를 열기 위해 번호를 불러야했습니다. 접수 원이없는 경우 체크인 방법에 대해 이메일로 알려 주시면 좋을 것입니다. 와이파이는 첫날 느렸고 다음날 방을 바꿔달라고 했는데 (조금 더 나았음) 전체적으로 정말 빠른 연결이 아니었음. 아침 식사를 요청했지만 배달을받지 못했습니다. 전화를 한 후 코로나 바이러스로 인해 아침 식사가 제공되지 않는다고 들었습니다. 요청을 떠나는 것보다 아침 식사 주문을받을 때 조언을받는 것이 좋습니다. 리셉션. 그 모든 문제 이후에 나는 그 문제에 대해 사과하기 위해 리셉션에 편지를 보냈지 만 그 영역에 대해 전에 알려 져야했습니다. 코로나바이러스 문제로 현재 여행을 하기는 정말 힘들지만, 손님의 요구는 호텔 통신이 명확하고 단순하여 원활한 숙박을 하게 해주는 것입니다. 나는 현재 벨기에의 다른 장소 (COVID 시간)로 여행해야하며 대부분의 호텔은 명확한 정보를 제공하며 지금까지는 문제가 없었습니다. 다른 호텔이 새로운 시스템에 적응하면 다른 사람들이 왜 ??? ....

긴밀한 훈련으로 우리는 이 작은 호텔에서 하룻밤 동안 방을 잡았습니다. 작지만 매우 깨끗한 방. 문학과 아주 좋은 밤! 불행히도 레스토랑은 문을 닫았고 우리는 방에서 먹었던 피자 2개를 가져갔습니다. 굿나잇 가격
