No. 55 West Street of Xingshan Temple, less than 500 meters away from Xiaozhai's bustling business circle, conceals a temple with a long history of more than 1,000 years, which is Daxing Shan Temple. Legend has it that this temple was first built in the Jin Dynasty, formerly Zunshan Temple. It was rebuilt in the Sui Dynasty and renamed Daxing Shan Temple. During the first year of Tang Ming Emperor Kaiyuan, he was fearless and wise. He did not go to this temple to teach the Secret Sect. He became one of the three translation sites of Buddhist Sutras in Chang'an at that time. He was also the ancestral court of one of the eight Chinese Buddhist sects "Secret Sect" and one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Xi'an. Tickets are now free, and there is free incense at the door. The facade looks small (compared with Dacien Temple), but as a royal temple in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, there is a lot of space inside. Inside, five Buddhas are worshipped, representing the five directions of east, west, north and South respectively. The Buddha statues are basically the same in shape, but each Buddha has different artifacts in his hands. In the courtyard on the West side, there are two free-living pools. One is Koi carp, the other is turtle, turtle, and even crocodile turtle (suspected to be released). Maybe it is not as famous as the Big and Small Goose Pagoda. There are few tourists coming here, so it is very quiet and pleasant to visit.
As one of the eight Buddhist sects in China, the ancestral court of the Secret Sect, Daxing Shan Temple, one of the three major translation sites of the Sui and Tang Dynasties'capital Chang'an, is still worth visiting. Now the temple is constantly expanding and many buildings are renovated. The temple itself did not charge any fees, and the Commercial Street on the right was closed, which immediately made people feel much better.
It's worth visiting. The ancient temples of the Western Jin Dynasty have a history of thousands of years. It's really rare not to accept admission tickets. Millennium old trees, historically valuable buildings, pagodas and statues all record the historical changes of Buddhism and this ancient city. It also records the cultural exchanges between ancient China and Japan. It is also the ancestral court of the Japanese Secret Sect. It is said that it is very clever to ask for signatures and can not be missed.
The fourth time I came to Xi'an, I felt very good this time. Go to Daxingshan Temple and purify your soul! ___________ Last time I went to Guangren Temple, there were totally two kinds of feelings! Buddhist resort, meditate! Purify the soul! Suitable for a person to feel quietly!
This is the ancestral court of the Tan Sect in the Tang Dynasty. There were three Masters of Sanzang who practiced, promoted and translated the Buddhist scriptures. They came to China at the age of eighty, fearlessly and fearlessly. Jin Gangzhi Sanzang and Wukong Sanzang followed closely. Wukong Sanzang was once Xuanzong, Suzong, Daizhong Sanchao State Teacher and Japanese scholar Sabo Zhenyu, when he was thirty years old, sent Tang Envoy to Chang'an for the seventeenth time. Master Houzobo Zhenyu worshipped Huiguo as a teacher to learn the Buddhist Dharma of the Secret True Words School of the Tang Dynasty. He was known as Wangzhao King Kong, the name of Empty Sea. He was known as Wang Xizhi of Japan for his proficiency in Chinese calligraphy such as regular script and running script. The Daxing Shan Temple does not accept admission tickets. If you want to worship Buddha, there will be free incense offerings, and you won't kill anything halfway to ask for alms. The traffic here is very good. Buses and subways are very close. There are many shops to eat and drink at the entrance. Out of the alley is the famous Xiaozhai commercial district. This monastery is very important in the history of our country, if you know about these histories, but interested friends can add me to Weibo (Xiaolin Legend) for a cultural tour.
In March this year, I went to Dexing Shan Temple. I like this place very much. I went with my friends and brought fragrance with me, because the fragrance sold there is more expensive. It's worth visiting. It's one of the oldest monasteries in China and the birthplace of Buddhist Secret Sect. There's vegetarian studio next to it, but I didn't go there. I heard it's good. Ctrip should be able to book Suzhai. Friends who like quiet recommend going here.
The Daxing Shan Temple in Xi'an is not a mainstream tourist attraction, nor does it collect tickets. It's very quiet and there are very few visitors. This is a quiet Buddhist temple. On that day, we came here on a rainy morning to worship Buddha and make silent promises. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city, the dust-stained soul can be purified.
Here is a sacred place of Buddhism. If you want to learn from Buddha, you can come and see it. No tickets.
